Bad Plastic Surgery - all the pics

I don't know why having a tiny head is such a beauty thing in Korea, but it is and it's not even a new fad. I've said this before somewhere, but back when Sims 2 was the current game (mid '00s), a lot of Korean download sites would use models where the face height slider was pulled waaaay up so the Sim's face area was about half it's normal size and they'd have a giraffe neck. I swear I still have some pictures saved of this.

There's some pictures in another thread of Korean women editing their selfies so that their heads are disproportionately small for their bodies. It's like they have some kind of cultural body dysmorphia regarding face/head size.
One of the OG girlcows, Dakota/Kotakoti (or her sister, actually not sure right now) used to edit her pics the pea-sized head style for a while and it was hilarious. Once again the koreans are copying a trend from the japs but turned it to 11.
It's at least a decade old.

And regarded rather flippantly, too.

According to Korean proverb a tiger leaves his coat after his death, and a patient undergone jaw reduction surgery leaves a piece of bone after his operation.
This is some cambodian Killing Fields shit. I read in Stinkditch how many troons suffer from debilitating pain after FFS and especially the jaw shaving, this is truly horrifying stuff.

they're the class of human who regularly do not notice when the person they live with gets her hair cut.
Don't fall for that shite, babe. They do that on purpose, just like bringing their girlfriend her blue raincoat instead of her red sweater. It's faggy or pussywhipped to listen to your wife or "obey an order" (provide for a woman at her request instead of on your own whim). This sort of feigned idiocy or intentional not-listening is a way to maintain power over you.
Are we really meant to believe that men are just incapable of being detail-oriented, retaining useless information, and have poor observational skills? That must be why men are massively underrepresented in fields like engineering, model trains, TV show wiki editing, and sharpshooting.

Thinking it's a power game is giving schizoid. Not saying it's not possible, it definitely is, but I've seen a lot of women read into the actions of men as if they were the popular girl high school rival trying to destroy them.
A lot of men don't pay attention to things that aren't relevant to them, specifically. Your hairstyle unless garish or nasty is of no consequence to him, the autistic detail of a model trainset or a video game wiki is. This is something you learn when you've listened to an impassioned speech on the finer points of software memory allocation but... well let's just say there was a thought but very little follow through.

You are one dumb nigger, seriously. Talk about chip on your shoulder.

agreed. it is simply that us men just don't care. if a woman goes to the salon and gets a slightly different hair style we just dont care. most men dont even care what their own hair stlye is like, let alone anyone else's. same with shoes and clothes. who cares if you wear the red shoes or black ones? just doesn't matter. that isnt to say men shouldnt be a bit better about this with their wives/gf since these things do matter to these women, but at the end of the day men just dont care about this stuff so we dont notice, and when we do notice (which is more often than women think) we just dont say or do anything about it since, again, who cares?

Those jaw bones are shocking. Some of them have so much cut off, it must leave them in agony. Also must leave them with very weak jaws.
Surely it’ll risk damage your teeth as well, a lot of people have roots very deep into the jaw. I know many women have lower molar roots that go almost all the way through.
I wonder as well when you cut the bone like that and expose the spongy middle - how well does that heal? You’re opening the bone up - does new compact bone form to seal the wound?
Such unnecessary work

I just spent some time with my mother and a relative, they are in their 70s. Relative made money and had light work done and looked great back in her prime. Now you all might say, well, she's probably had too much work since then and I don't know about it, but I can't shake that my relative looks like a Jeff Dunham puppet and my mom looks old but human. Fillers, not even once. I don't care how great the tech becomes, when you age around that stuff it gets weird.
I live in a community of elderly trophy wives that out lived their husbands and they all look fucking weird, sorry. Again, I know the tech has improved, but I see younger women getting this shit "that you can't tell" but you can. Your faces move weirdly. I would not give a flying fuck what other women do but just like the anorexics I grew up with in the 90s I feel a lot of pressure to do the same bullshit and I just don't want to at all. I don't want to deal with my friends and colleagues agonizing about it, sharing information with me about it, giving me coupons for it, I just really dislike this tremendous waste of resources and distortion of aging expectations.
Apologies if I offend anyone for what I'm sure are things that have had some positive outcomes, but this is just how I feel.

Fuck it! Do what's good for YOUR face and body. You made it clear it's not because you think you're better than anyone, it is because you don't want or like the consequences that come with it. It's up to you!

The Great Amholio speaks truth. It's unfortunate that current-year internet has you worried about offending people by saying "I don't want a nose job". It's ridiculous how often statements of personal opinion are taken as personal insults by people who read them. Reddit's probably the worst offender for that.

You will never regret not having stuff like that done. If your mum looks alright, chances are you will too.
Even if your parents aged poorly due to excess sun damage or shitty genetics, you will still enjoy not having to worry about things medically related to filler side effects in the future. If you have horrendous migraines and your doctor might think botox could work, that's fine, but don't worry if it is entirely for looks or to fit it because people feel bad you're not warping your body with them. Don't bow to "But I thought everyone was doing it, can't you make an uncomfortable choice for yourself so I don't have to suffer self doubt about this being the right or wrong choice for myself???" Or the more wholesome but still annoying, "but filters have helped me out SO much I want to make sure everyone gets saved by them!?" While sweet, establish firm boundaries. You don't need someone proselytizing about the dangers of looking old when you can get it when you are old, if you feel like it. But you don't because again, your body.

If you want to really stop a conversation or establish a cut, go for "but why do you want me to get this?" followed by "Why are you trying to get me to do something if I said no? I explained that I don't have the same feelings as you do on the subject, so if I show up looking like the cryptkeeper 10 years from now, know that I'm fine with that." Or if you want to punt it down the road say you want to save money now and worry about it when you retire. Worse comes to worse, just say your mom is allergic to filler and you don't want to run that chance. Whatever you do, confronting them on "why" tends to either get them to rethink their actions, shuts them down so they don't face their own insecurities, has them admit they're bored and just need something to talk about or look forward to since surgery is exciting, or they'll flat out tell you you're uggo and you can laugh and tell them it's their problem that they are looking at you, not yours. Usually it is more subtle than this, but do this if you get direct pressure.

One my relative had this eyelid surgery and I can confirm it doesn't look uncanny if done correctly. I thought one gets at least the twilight sedation for that, but no, they just inject the area around with local anaesthetics, like those at a dentist.
Yup. The best plastic surgery looks natural. It typically ages better than some of the more extreme transformations.

My buddy had chin liposuction done under just local. He told me he's had more pain from dental fillings. They just gave him a xanax and tylonal beforehand, injected the lidocaine and got to work. Generally, if you're not squeamish, it, its better to do local or twilight since recovery and complications from general can be rough and not everyone tolerates it well. Cost is another factor as twilight and general anesthesia will always incur extra fees beyond the procedure itself.

It just looks painful

I just don't get how anyone can find these balloon tits attractive, to me it's just gross and looks dangerous. Those breasts have very poor circulation. I know it's a big ask for this thread, but if there's a straight heterosexual man in this thread, can you explain to me the appeal of this?
Normal breasts, or done breasts with natural looking implants look great, and when they're this big they should have that natural fall to them.

We also live in a time of poor reading comprehension.

Write something that works on very basic turns of phrase, implication, and reference, and you'll have all these angry and offended responses. Something so out of scale to what was actually said. For the longest time I thought it was people being facetious, I enjoy facetious, so I'd reply in kind, and then it'd all just go tits up... There's me, in perfect blissful ignorance, still thinking we're having a fun little sniping back and forth kind of thing going on. And having a good time of it.
