This thread is increasingly making me think of making my own channel, just to see how easy it is to make these types of videos. Just learn some editing, and have a good mic, you don't even need a good script or do much research
So I noticed something potentially interesting as well. The sound effect the apparent monster makes at the end of drb0sch's "Nowhere" video sounds very similar to the sound it makes when StrngVegas loots the Clavicula Salomonis from Mr. House's body in his "gomorrah out of bounds" video.One thing I'm noticing amongst ALL of the videos discussing this topic is that none of them bring up StrngVegas as of yet. Now at a glance you'd wonder why would it matter? Well, I think it's connected to whatever is going on in drb0sch's series.
Now I know what you're probably thinking, this is probably just some retard copying drb0sch's style. That is until drb0sch himself replied to one of these comments after someone theorized this is his alt account saying "This isn't me but interesting regardless." which is already a red flag since I don't think drb0sch has commented anywhere else yet? If he has I've never seen it nor been told. But the thing that solidifies it for me is the fact that these comments have now been deleted. Or at least they seem to be since I couldn't find them when I went to go look today. StrngVegas only has two videos with only about 50 or so comments so it wouldn't have been hard to find. Thankfully some faggot on reddit captured the conversation.
Oh yeah they also have a lot of weirdly similar themes and stuff in them and involve Mr. House in some manner so suffice to say I think they might be connected somehow. It just seems really odd for them to just go and delete these comments. Maybe they realized it made the connection way too obvious?
EDIT: Turns out I'm a retard or Youtube was being weird for me. The comments are in fact still there. Still think it means something.
EDIT 2: Also I forgot in the screenshot they're quoting I think the original description or something? That got changed if nothing else. So yeah maybe I'm not too far off and they thought mentioning b0sch directly in the description was too much?
I generally dislike clickbait, but horror reaction/theory/whatever channels make me fucking despise them. Everything is the "scariest/darkest/most depressing shit ever" then you check some of it out and it's the most milquetoast thing at best, utter shit at worst. Honestly it's worse if the thing they're covering is actually good, because there's nothing wrong with a 7/10 thing besides hyping it up as the next coming of Jesus Christ. If I ever find one of these Youtubers who makes titles like "Covering the Okay Story of ____" or "The Solid 7/10 ___ Series" or "___ Is Not Very Good, But Let's Check It Out Anyway" I'll die happy.

I am ok with the Batman one but the guy is making 2 more with Superman and The Flash. Analog Horror really is the new Creepypasta it's in that late stage of Creepypasta where it is so over-saturated people are gonna start not giving a shit and its popularity is gonna die.
You are approaching things too logically here. People like the fine denizens of this thread go into a video like that wanting to see a creepypasta be told or enacted. Most of the audience of both Wendigoon and Meat aren't there for that, most probably never heard of half the creepypastas they have covered. They are there because these are creepy stories they don't know about being shared by people they know and are the safe face of horror on YouTube.
I debated about a month or so ago to talk about this shit and decided that it wasn't worth the effort.
soviet/russian horror has a fuckton of potential, and i'm inclined to believe that in the russian hemisphere there's decent stuff that didn't get translated yet, wonder if other countries have their small gems regarding analog as well.
This one got me because plenty of times in this thread when talking about AH peolpe brought up the weird morality of the crazy monsters at least in the audience's perspective. Even in the comics when they make "This character but evil" they play into the fact they are NOT the good guy character they originally are so in this universe and evil Batman should just be an evil Batman only now he is somehow more efficient than the original Batman probably he actually kills people but that is the other problem. It isn't the fact that this Batman kills he is from the start framed as being a murderous psychopath but also he is kind of still crime fighting Batman but implied unintentional but also goes out of his way to kills criminals though.
I'm reminded of some tumblrshit "fancomic" where Sonic is a pooner that likes eating people.
