To my eye it looks like she lost some of her right thigh shelf, which could be due to stance, but look at how much she’s gained in her belly and hips since January.

Right, remember she had THREE thigh shelfs on each side that they treated. They had to spread their limited liposuction over all that area. Im guessing in person close up those areas may be less lumpy but it’s not going to make much discernible difference in her silhouette.

After all that hard work and dedication you put yourself through, forcing yourself to accomplish a goal even with all the discomfort, pain, and medical dibilitation, you set out and finally achieving something after all this struggling and hardship. I remember when she went to the dr to get a thyroid ultrasound convinced her weight was the result of thyroid problems (hashimotos iirc) , has said in the past she was pre diabetic, proclaims lipedema (supposedly stage 4 when that’s not what the dr said) and lymphedema, now claims to have EDS, and so on.

Edited to add like @often puzzled said, Anna was tested for POMC, and other super rare conditions that do cause obesity as part of the Rare Obesity Panel but all of these diseases are pretty awful

POMC specifically causes early-onset obesity, adrenal insufficiency, red hair and decreased skin pigmentation with manifestations of other issues

Variants don’t mean anything if they’re not pathogenic. It’s like Anna the fit vegan ginger saying she had cystic fibrosis because she had a variant that meant nothing

I wish Anna would do an honest “what I eat in a day” video, because her “super rare obesity genes” are most likely stored in her fridge, pantry, and through takeout. I already have an idea of how much she’d have to eat in a day to maintain her size, but it would still be cool to see. My bet is her daily amount is around what four fully grown adults would eat in a day, so roughly 8000 calories.

Her mom passed when Anna was in high school, and Anna is the youngest child. I assume her mom made it close to age 50, which is still another eleven years away for Anna.

Anna's sister Katherine passed very suddenly in her 20s, with no detail published. With that kind of brevity in an obituary for a young person, it's often a suicide - particularly for a Morman family, where such a thing is unspeakable.

Anna is the one who claimed she lost both her mom and sister to obesity-related illnesses. But I've always kind of wondered if Katherine was gay - another unspeakable thing for Mormons. So Katherine ate her feelings, and threw herself into sports (discus throwing, the most lesbian of all sport), and then passed suddenly soon after college.

This is a total double tinfoil theory, buy I suspect Katherine to have been gay; to have coped with the shame and loneliness of being a gay Mormon by eating; and to have committed suicide once her peer group paired off into married families.

The Mormons teach that the only acceptable way to live as a gay Mormon is to be 100% celibate for life, and if anyone in your ward knows you are gay, they make your life miserable. So Katherine may have eaten herself to death, or deleted herself after trying to eat herself to death first.

Even if we were super generous and said she was 400 lbs ( there’s a photo in the thread of her at 300 something and she’s inrecognizable) her BMI would be almost 60. Over 30 is considered obese 40 and up is morbidly obese. According to many weight estimates by farmers that is very generous, she’s probably closet to 500 lbs or more.
