i have the absurd hope that with bennett’s rapid-fire orders (within the context of all the time previously wasted) that greer will be held to this deadline. his final order basically, to me, said “all right, you have used up all your tard coins. in all this time, you could have formulated now well overdue responses or retained your lolyers. i admit we tried to dump you off with another court, and that having failed, you now deal with me. this is your deadline.” that may be rainbows of me, but idk. in spite of all the prior bullshit, and that russell’s focus has CLEARLY been elsewhere of late because of that bullshit, i feel a hair more optimistic.

If Shitlips files more of the same non-responsive bullshit he's filed in his other motions, Hardin should object and ask for sanctions.

Russ has had 6 months to craft an opposition that most parties only get 28 days to craft. That is an absurd amount of time, and even someone as retarded as Rusts should be able able to write something halfway competent with that much time.

I know pro-se parties are treated with kid gloves, but this goes beyond that, this is the kind of treatment you'd give a barely functioning retard who is looking at prison time instead of an individual in a civil suit.

i correctly called this case getting sent back to utah. i'm now calling the following: this case will be a loss for null and the farms. i don't want it to be, but that's what my gut is telling me. and my gut has been good to me.
I hope you get ass-fucked by retards, because that would be hilarious. Don't even have anything personally against you, just think you getting colonically irrigated and culturally enriched by niggers would be hilarious.

Now see if Russell was galaxy brain he would now wait until August 4 and then file a motion to transfer the case to Florida.
He's already doing the galaxy-brained move: speedrunning homelessness so he can get sympathy from the courts. Anything he files to have the eviction stayed is filed so he can play up his plights.

We might as well surrender. There's no way we can defeat a genius like Russell Queer Greer.

I've said for months I'm anxious to see Russell's justification for why dismissed shit shouldn't be stricken and should keep getting brought up every breath.

Might Russell argue this is all some sort of "character witness" and then still get it struck since unrelated character witnesses aren't really allowed in court?

The case might get summarily thrown out if he files "I don't care that it was dismissed with prejudice and never appealed, this is a stalking/harassment/libel suit no matter what the law says!"

I've also said him turning against DJF will come when he finally finds out they didn't appeal anything but copyright and thus fucked him on those grounds forever. Will he argue incompetent council on the appellate level?

There is a lot of movement from the judge all of the sudden. I think he has come to a decision as for how to handle this case. 3 weeks is not nearly enough time to write responses for 5 motions. The judge knows this which means he either wants Greer to not reply or he wants him to reply in a bad fashion.

Once that happens the Judge has the ability to rule however he wants on those motions.

I think two motions stand out to me as important. The motion for Joinder, which if Greer doesn't defeat means he is required to sue Google which could alter the trajectory of this case immensely. The other motion that could really get the judge what he wants is the motion for scheduling conference. If Greer tries to refuse that then Hardin has a massive gigantic opportunity to argue for failure to prosecute.

Also the Judge has the ability to rule in favor of Greer for the ones that don't really matter that much to cover his ass.

This may be me being optimistic but this looks like the Judge trying to create a scenario where this case ends soon. He seems to be pissed off with this case and he is being very publicly nice to Greer. Judges are often very complimentary and nice to the people who are immanently about to lose.

I feel good about this, things seem good.

I'd like to think that the case being sent back to Utah has broken the judge and he's just decided to do whatever he can to manifest some justice.

I am absolutely fucking amazed with the guy’s patience. Dude’s a living saint for sitting through this mountain of bullshit from Russ.

Which makes Daddy Null a god, I guess?

Utah judges from what I've heard have excessive patience. Greer could have only have done as well as he has professionally and in litigation due to the unique and overly accommodating culture of Utah.

Greer has NOT consented to JOINDER, and I bet there is a FRINGE on the judge's flag, so they must proceed by the laws of Admiralty court! He can STILL win!

I hope that this judge is a Mormon and has talked to Russel's bishop and is ready to push this to a conclusion. Optimistic, I know, but this is a total cluster...

This would work if Russhole was still an active member. Greer's penchant for prostitutes and brothels would suggest that he is not. His open political advocacy for the legalization of prostitution in Utah alone would have invited disciplinary measures.

An attorney acquaintance mentioned to me once that he represented the LDS manager of a golf course in lawsuit and mutual contract dispute with LDS golfer Billy Casper in the 70s or 80s. He told me, decades later, that both parties of the suits were flown to Salt Lake City in the preliminary stage of the suit and met with who I presume were members of the 70 for a private meeting (imagine a Catholic archbishop with global administrative authority) he wasn't familiar enough with the Mormon church to really know who they were.

3 hours later the suits were voluntarily dropped. At the time, one of the questions one's local bishop would ask in interviews is if one was honest in their dealings with their fellow man. I imagine that may have played a role in them dropping their contract dispute.

Also, does this count as the court "responding" for the purposes of the poll in this thread?

This is docket #136. The order is telling him to respond to things as far back as #65.

Russ is so far behind, he's refused to file an answer for over half the suit (in terms of documents on record).

What are typically the sanctions for this type of behavior if the litigant isn’t a special little pro se boy who can do no wrong?

I don't want to seem like too much of an Optimistic Opossum, but it seems to me that this judge is absolutely fed up with this case and with Shit-Lips. I think he wants this over with ASAFP and it's not going to end well for our Magical Star Buddy.

True; despite being a meanie poop head, the defendant's council has filed correctly and on time, and has been nothing but professional. I still can't help but worry.
