Mega Rad Gun Thread

I do sincerely appreciate all the genuine feedback guiding me on my first purchase thus far. It sounds like this would be an ideal candidate, and although it’s still a bit pricey to me, I can afford it using Guns.com’s Credova payment option. Criticize me all you want for that, but it’s either that or no rifle any time in the near future and I see that as unacceptable now. I just want to know if this is for sure an acceptable weapon and, since I don’t see anywhere to select the regular non-CA cucked version, I’m assuming they’ll just send me the regular one since I don’t live in CA?

That is overpriced buy about 200$ and Credova is straight up usary.

On Glocks and other striker guns you can use a cable tie halfway in the chamber to hold the gun out of battery so the trigger will still travel.

The movement imparted into the gun from trigger manipulation is what you are trying to eliminate.
The bigger thing is I can keep pulling the trigger DA without having to rack the slide for every shot. I have snap caps for if I want to dry fire only, but the laser showing me where my aim went (and how much it smears if I am not careful with my trigger pull) has been invaluable. My brother fired my pistol and said "I can't hit anything with it" and it's because he's used to a smooth glass-break polymer trigger whereas even in SA my trigger takes enough force that if you aren't aware of it, it pulls down and to the left. We thought the sights were off, but nope. Just operator error!

Wouldn't recommend anybody new to rifles put together a rifle, especially one that they aren't familiar with yet. Better to start with a full rifle and learn to disassemble, especially when it involves something that literally explodes a few inches from your face.

I forgot to say in the previous post, pick up a USGI sling as well. They are cheap, they can assist you in shooting and they help to lug the rifle around. They're not "tactical" but I like them a lot more than most other slings I've tried.
TRUE although a derpy lower will just not work vs a derpy upper that might blow.

This thread has given the asker multiple excellent choices.

DA/SA means you have two trigger pulls to train

Dude.

UNFUCK YOUR MIND. You should really get a pistol. If you can't even afford a gun don't get it. The world isn't ending. The sun will still rise tomorrow.

If you're worried about defending yourself. Here's some statistics for you.

There's 1 - 2 million defensive firearms uses each year. 99% of them involve a pistol. There's been approximately one revolution in this country in the last 300 years. You don't have to rush things. Save your money. Make smart decisions. The chances of you needing an AR15 to stop the tranny nigger horde from raping you to death is 0%. And even if you get the rifle, it won't do you any good because you won't have money to shoot the thing. Just having a rifle doesn't make you magically able to operate it competently.

If you're 21 or older, get a used glock
If you're under 21, get a 22lr rifle to practice with first. I just got a thousand rounds of 22lr for way less than 100$. If you are able to make time and consistently go to the range frequently enough to develop good marksmanship and gun handling skills, then start saving or shopping for an AR15.

You're the reason people don't like Glocktards. I say that as someone who owns multiple Glocks. You're the equivalent of a dude claiming to be a "car guy" saying everyone on the planet needs a Honda Civic and if they think they don't they're just wrong. We're in the absolute golden age of handguns where almost all of them that aren't made my illiterate peasants from Brazil and Florida are good.

If the dude wants an AR15 he should buy one. Hopefully he listens to good advice and buys a quality rifle that's still within his budget.

22LR sucks and is only good for blasting garbage at a range and pest control. "Muh training" - if he doesn't train to account for the recoil of his real guns he's doing himself a disservice.

The scary part is I don't know if his shitposting is a joke or not. If not, somebody needs to rescue those Glocks and clean all the spooge off them.

Well they are! You can drive it basic or tinker with it to give it a real performance or take it off road!

His retarded shilling is kind of endearing at this point and after about the 8th post I dont mind it or in other words:
How I stopped worrying and learned to love the retarded glock™️ shill
First off hes clearly here to stay and will shill glock™️ perfection until the day he dies, second off at least hes shilling a good product even though hes obsessed with them. It also does make sense to have a gun with very cheap ammo just for general practice because shooting any gun is better than barely shooting your ar15 because your spending 100-300$ each time you do some practice. Im sure there are plenty of boomers with a doomsday kit and barely go shooting because of the cost of ammo for it.

Glock. You bought so many replacement Glock parts to improve your Glock's performance that you can put together 3 untraceable Glocks.

I have a CMMG drop in kit I picked up with 13 mags for just over 200$ for just this reason. 22LR is 5 or 6 CPR, even basic bitch 223 is around 40 CPR. And I zero my rifle with 77 gr OTMs, so even M855 and M193 and just for training and blowing up trash anyways.

Glizzy's are legitamately damn good pistols, but I will never understand the obsession with them some people have. If you've tried a bunch of other pistols and the Glock just Groks with you, fine, but the only other reason to favor a G19/17 over another established brand like S&W, CZ etc is to coordinate with a group of people doing various "readiness" activities.
Also, CZ Gang.

Imo everybody with an AR should own a CMMG kit, but even better is to get an independent upper from RightToBear or PRO2A and have a more accurate and reliable setup. I don't really shoot 5.56 that much these days, but I've probably crush 1K .22lr a month this year, between a Buckmark and a conversion upper I built.

Scooped 20 mags last year from Delta Team Tactical for $5 a piece free shipping, so I'm gonna be set for a long ass time. I still use my OG mag with a couple K rounds through it, and it's still perfectly fine.

Yeah I'm the asshole for giving people practical advice. Not the people encouraging a poor person whos very ignorant of firearms to finance a fucking AR 15 because he's worried about the world ending.

I said get a pistol, because that's the most likely firearm someone will need to stop someone from murdering them. I said get something that you can afford to shoot because a firearm you have no experience or skills shooting isn't the advantage you think it is. I said don't finance a firearms purchase because that's a bad financial decision.

Should I go back and edit my reply and replace glock with something else ? What pistol would you pissy pants babies not get triggered over me recommending? Or should I just tell this retard to finance an M&P 15 that will sit in a closet for half a decade and eventually get stolen by a nigger in a B&E?

I didn't say what I said because of one post you made. I finally posted what I posted because literally every post in this thread is "Glock, Glock & Glock". If he was looking at an SD9VE or CZ P10 instead of a budget AR you'd have jumped down his throat just the same and told him to buy a gun.

Fuck it, maybe he's a poor fag with zero credit history and he needs to start making payments on something. He's paying 200 a month for a 700 dollar rifle not maxing out his credit cards and getting his grandma to cosign a loan for a Cabot Custom.

Kathrin Glock is doing just fine. She doesn't need your help to buy more horse semen.

Buy now pay later loans are not reported to credit agencies. They're one step away from loan sharks and are used to get poor people to make poor financial decisions so massive corporations can profit off it. Buying an M&P 15 or some other budget AR on credit is an extremely poor financial decision, especially if your excuse for buying it is "I'm worried about society collapsing" I didn't even tell him never get an AR either. I said save up your money and buy it later.

By the way, how does glock make any money when I recommend someone buy a used second-hand gun?

Point out who here recommended he should finance a firearm lmao. The dude has already said he's going to do it, and people here have already pointed out he shouldn't. I wish Null would word-filter you from Glock -> Cock so I could at least laugh instead of stare in disbelief as you somehow manage to shove your obsession with Glock firearms into every post you make.
