Just to make clear for everyone ITT and for posterity: this faggot never read the case. It’s 119 pages, and that’s just the case. To properly understand it, you need to also read at the very least, United States v. Nixon and Nixon v. Fitzgerald. And of course the constitution. And that’s the bare minimum, to really talk intelligently about the case,
you'd need to read the federalist papers, a Con Law textbook, and a number of cases dealing with immunity.

And if you did do all that, you wouldn’t freak out like these retards do. You’d agree with the outcome, because all Trump stands for is the simple notion that you can’t prosecute a president for being president.

tbf, if there was a place in which his anti-Trump/pro-assassination statements would have got him banned it's probably Kick. Pretty sure Eddie, the site owner, is right leaning and Kick is a small website which is probably getting hundreds of reports by the hour about Destiny (probably through a combination of /pol/ and twitter), so it makes sense.
