Her bit at the end "I'm asking you to vote for my husband's dad, for my children's grandfather etc etc" was cornball and transparently manipulative. Embarrassing and not to be encouaraged!
She wasn't talking to you though, she was talking to normie idiots, and I'm pretty sure a lot of them will eat it up right now.

Edit: Was going to add in "and women" but then I remembered that I already said idiots and didn't want to be redundant.

She should have said "I'm asking you to vote for the Trump you saw this weekend. The real Donald Trump." and left it at that.

I wonder if Thomas Crooks had enough time to process the fact that he missed and failed prior to dying.
Hope he saw the bullet fly at him and that he suffered long enough to recognize the pain of being a loser for eternity. It still sucks he managed to take someone down with him, but so did Elliot Roger and Couch Cuck and they still get clowned on.

I hope tomorrow night they bring an indian warchief and have him do a rain dance. Oooh, or get a voodoo priestess and have her sing that one disney song about voodo
Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome High Priest of Cobra Magick and Gothic Badboy Rockstar from Casper, Wyoming, Josh Saunders.

Suburban women.

She was reaching out to the suburban female vote. She's looking at her audience and saying "This man is a wonderful father, father-in-law, and grandfather."

For suburban moms this will echo louder than the cries that he's a felon and a conman. She's giving a position that a critical voting bloc can latch onto. Huckabee-Sanders did the same thing when she told the story about her son Huck and "The most powerful man in the world" not being able to hold a candle to his momma.

If it didn't connect with you, that's fair, but I think they know what they were going for.

pretty sure that suburban women are covered under "normie idiots". But yes I should have specified.

Wow, he's still at it over six years later. He is desperately trying to cling on to relevancy, and he is basing his entire life on this pet issue of his.
I'm convinced his completely organic backing was transferred to Harry Sisson. I'm not sure what the DNC gained from it though.
I'm not even convinced Melania has sex with Donald, she makes a hell of a trophy wife though.
Idk, but they definitely banged after the assassination. Make-up sex and break-up sex can not compare to assassination attempt sex.
They should've given Ethan Ralph a speaking slot.

"CHRIST IS KAAANG!!!!"
You expect way too much after last night. Probably just "Kaaaang"

A&N has a bad reputation here on other subforums but I genuinely wouldn't know what to do without this thread. I love having a place that hosts the real news with verifiable facts and receipts (most of the time) with discussion from all kinds of people everywhere with different ideas and opinions on things (both funny and serious) where I have the freedom to decide for myself who's ideas are retarded and who's aren't. I can't think of any other place that's like that except for here. Some might think it sounds ridiculous but I exclusively look at this thread to get my daily news because I can't stand anywhere else, so thanks to the posters in this thread.

Obligatory chance to share my favorite anecdote on "The Coolidge Effect".

During a visit to a farm in the 1920s, Mrs. Coolidge walked through the chicken yard and observed the rooster’s frequent mating with the hens. She asked the farmer how often the rooster mated, and he replied, “Dozens of times each day.” Mrs. Coolidge jokingly said, “Tell that to the President.” When President Coolidge heard the joke, he asked, “Same hen every time?” The farmer replied, “Oh no, Mr. President, a different hen every time.” The President then quipped, “Tell that to Mrs. Coolidge.”
Calvin Coolidge is the most underrated President in US history and one of the most admirable characters the White House ever saw. If it were up to me he would have a spot on Mount Rushmore, even though he would be too humble to accept that.

As much as I hate the word "influencer", that's literally what the DNC get out of Sisson, influence. Zoomers are young and retarded, and they seek out people to tell them how and what to think.

Even if it's perfectly obvious to you or I what he's doing, it isn't so obvious you some young dumb kids.

but would trump?

The lack of context for the photo is one of the oddest things about it, especially as it was the first thing to come out. Was it taken on the day? If so, where? If not, why did the first pic to come out just happen to show him wearing the same shirt worn for the shooting?
I heavily suspect an SS agent leaked it immediately because he saw the writing on the wall about this getting buried.

Do you know anything about Christianity? God saved a murderer but didn’t save Jesus.
God saved Job but not his entire family.

According to the Christian religion, god acts in ways that are not meant to be understood by mortals.

I think Trump’s statement was appropriate and the correct response.
It especially makes sense when you take on the view that if free will exists and the death and ascension of Jesus was the final act of God to occur on a physical level, and now He can only act in subtle ways. A nudge to turn the head at the last possible second. It means true horror remains, but all can now partake in salvation through His son.

This also explains the whole "Then whence cometh evil" line. Humanity is inherently flawed, God sought to redeem us without directly changing us through Israel, but we proved too corrupted. So, rather than abandon us He hobbled himself, sacrificing His son on the cross to sign a covenant with mankind. One that means He cannot interfere directly, but through which all mankind can embrace salvation.

It's like people revel in being ignorant

I swear nobody who says this kind of thing is aware of Christian history. We helped mould ourselves to pagans to help bring them into the fold, the semi-official view on Sihkism even by hardcore Catholics is "Allow them to be, try to convert them". And Sihks as a general rule are all too happy to bend themselves to make their worship accessible to Christians as well.

In short, the Sihks are the -least- incompatible religion to Christian ethics, morality, and even faith. Still wrong by our doctrines but not egregiously so.

Without revealing anything overly person and trying to keep things vague, I grew up in the Appalachia region. It's always been a weird position to be in especially when I became more politically conscious seeing the region demonized by right wingers for taking government handouts (food stamps) and seeing them demonized by leftists for being "heckin racist Christian chuds".

The mines dried up in a lot of areas and economic stagnation crept in. Issues like corruption are prominent with the good ole boys club mindset. Drugs, especially fentanyl, has been fairly devastating after it became the new hot drug over methamphetamine.

It's one of the things that pisses me off when I see people call them economic leeches or racists, those are people that gave everything to work and were just left to rot when they were no longer deemed useful, so it's understandable to see them angry at the entire system whether it was left or right, it's an anger I've shared myself.
This will be a longer bit. In the end I see a lot of similarities between Appalachians and modern Blacks. Now, don't get offended right off the bat. I have a history here of noting how god damned awesome black people used to be before things really went bad.

The short summary of what happened to black people is that post-slavery they had begun making fairly closed-communities that were religious, self-sufficient, and culturally unique. There were -very- strong family units within, with stay-at-home mothers as the men went off to work in industrial and manufacturing jobs where their stronger bodies that made them useful in the fields proved to excel. They found an economic niche and -excelled- within it. And it was the government who sought to break this up, implement policies to weaken their family ties, and along with the death of the jobs they relied upon well...

And that should sound similar to the Appalachians. you say it yourself, they "gave everything to work and were just left to rot". And, in the end, both are kept where they are half by economics far out of their control... and half by themselves, With Blacks glorifying gang culture and 'baby mama' culture. And Appalachians with an odd sort of pride. A pride in how low they have fallen, in 'the old ways' that often are just excuses for their situation. They choose to wallow in their destitution.

In the end, neither group would be fixed by just improving the economy they are in. They would also need a change within to be willing to embrace that opportunity.

J. D. Vance has an interesting policy on tech.
I see nothing seriously wrong here. The devil is in the details, and the implementation, but I am by no means going to hold "This policy has similarities to Biden's policies!" against anyone inherently. That would be stupid. Doing the opposite of what the other guy does just because you hate him is A: Going to lead you to make bad choices and B: Is letting your opponent dictate what -you- do.

Trump has been wearing bulletproof vests in public for years. It may be why the would-be assassin was told to go for a headshot.
Actually... Trump started using them briefly during the 2016 run but then stopped because he found them uncomfortable. Its been noted to me by a few friends who would definitely notice. They also noted the same thing as the user you responded to that he is clearly wearing one now, and a thicker one at that.

My mom said yesterday that she thinks Trump looks "different". She thinks he doesn't look as angry. And I think she said his family said the same thing. Does anyone else see it?
I definitely do. The man experienced a humbling thing and was saved by the Grace of God. I just hope he takes the chance to embrace Christ proper rather than continue living a hedonistic lifestyle.
