General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

with P3 Reload bringing in yet more P5 zoomers into liking it, Lotus Juice collabing with her on probably one of her worst meme songs that she did only for a sponsor will give out some delicious twitter seethe
the usual crowds of twitter retards are contending with a full plate from Mori lately, with A Lotus Juice Collab, an A Man With A Mission collab, The Anime ED for SSI, and the looming threat of a gachiakuta OP being a very real possibility.

Huh... Trickywi is intensely arachnophobic.
She's also a piece of shit, who cares?

【NOT SPECIAL DAY】feels like we just met today?【Dokibird】

Doki and Mint are doing some manner of vague collab with an announcement near the end (because Doki is a businesswoman and knows how to retain views). Starting in about an hour and twenty minutes.

My prediction is completely incorrect as my predictions always are.

The announcement is a 2000 seat karaoke concert by Doki at some Canadian convention, with Mint appearing as a guest. Tickets aren't out yet, but get them anyway.

Sounds cool. Wish I had money.

I hope Sinder, Bao and Shylily don’t defend Tricky because it would make me sad to know they agree with her. Especially Sinder.
I’ve already written Numi off because she’s taken pics with Hassan 🤮

I guess I’ll always have Remi Springs, Tomoe Umari and Kirsche. :/
It's shylily what about her makes you think she doesn't agree with this if you can't handle that don't watch her

Mori Derangement Syndrome already hit so hard that Brad Taste evaporated himself from the internet after covering for a tranny rapist, so it can only go up from here.

You know, I've never quite understood the whole YouTube music reviewer phenomenon. Back in the days of Todd in the Shadows or SpectrumsPulse, it was baffling. Why, exactly, do people want to hear some random person's thoughts on a song when they can just... listen to it themselves?

I mean, it’s not like a movie or a video game where you have to shell out some cash. You can just hit play, and boom—there’s your review. These opinions end up feeling doubly worthless.

And here’s the kicker: a lot of these reviewers? Some of the most insufferable, far-left folks you’ll ever meet. So not only are you getting a redundant opinion, but it’s also wrapped in a package of sanctimony. What's the deal with that?

Some of them are musicians or songwriters and therefore have some expertise. There is also the fact that you get to have the feeling of seeing someone react to something you love. This is the same reason why reacting to vtuber clips is popular.

It's always interesting to see someone who's an actual expert react to something in their field and explain it in depth. Shame that 90% of anything critics are just hack frauds who couldn't make it in the field so they become critics.

It's funny watching self-proclaimed "experts" jump through so many hoops to justify how an objectively shitty song is somehow "deep".

I understand providing reactions and insights through music theory, but merely reviewing popular songs to declare "This is good or trash" has never really resonated with me.

In my time you can tell when someone resonates with a piece, but like 95% of the time it's just a person riding the wave

Rewrite this with actual punctuation so I can potentially understand what the hell you’re trying to say.

People will actually stop listening to a song they like because a 40 something fat vegan nerd in a flannel told them the chord progression is boring.

Fine, since you can't read, I'll make it clear: Why do you care at all whether or not Shylily defends Tricky or the monkey girl, her only redeeming quality is her model's tracking

Idk what a monkey girl is but I care because I kind of like Shylily’s clips. I’d care more if it was Sinder.
Are you ESL or just retarded that you can't sort that sentence out without punctuation?
Second one.
But seriously though, neither. I just expect more out of people on this website.
