Just used it to grab this video of a CZ 75 Compact complete disassembly/reassembly. Obviously disassembling a gun is gunsmithing AND THAT WON'T STAND so if you need a video, get it while it still exists.

At the rate we're going, you're gonna need the books in paperform before they make it a crime to disseminate these online like the guide to convert a AR-15 to full auto (Obviously don't do this if it's not illegal).
Hell, having a hand saw is going to be illegal at this point with a firearm since you can convert it into NFA by cutting the barrel.

Possible? Yes. Completely retarded? Also yes.

.50 BMG is usually a spitzer bullet, so you'd need some way to prevent recoil from setting off the whole mag tube. Could solve that with a box mag, I guess. You'd also have an obscenely long lever throw. It'd probably weigh north of fifty pounds.

You'll basically end up with a gun for Shaq.

Glock discussed the idea but said they would rather die as a company than deal with the shit s&w was going through lol. With ceos like that I doubt the internal company politics have changed much even after the sale to a US firm (they used to be br*tish), ruining your company and industry for a couple dollars usually means the whole company is dogshit and rotten at the core.
But nigger cattle as terry davis would call them will keep on forgetting literally anything so they unfortunately survived.

Also taking a lever action and turning it into some shit you would see at a gun show isnt innovative its frankly retarded, ah yes now I can make a tacticool lever action but besides that glock isnt supposed to be an innovator they are supposed to make glocks lol, they do also innovate by making different types of glock pistols and slightly upgrading existing designs (nothing revolutionary for them), but obviously its a specialized buisness, why would they want to make a rifle or something when they are content and make plenty of money with a dedicated customer base on a good product they have pretty much perfected?

In fact pretty much all the large companies dont actually try to innovate outside of small things here and there but if one of the big six did it would probably be kel-tec snorting cocaine making glorious abominations like these

If you were to upscale that to 50bmg, you'd have a 30 pound rifle that will look like its been designed for Andre the Giant. If you want a manual action 50 cal just call up Serbu and tell them you want a BFG - 50A without a gas port drilled into the barrel, and no recoil spring.

There are already .50 cal lever guns, as there are Winchesters and Marlins chambered for .50 Alaskan and .500 magnum.

Pressure isn't the issue. Treat the steel well enough with the right type of steel and the bolt will withstand four times 50 BMG's pressure. That's just fucking expensive. Really it would come down to mass so the recoil wouldn't shake the clockwork apart. It would have to be beefy. That and so your shoulder wouldn't want to die.

Smith and Wesson has kept the revolver alive for over 200 years. Each one a masterpiece. That is great. That is true perfection. And for innovation, they make wild shit like double tube shotguns, and revolvers in 350 legend for the meme even though nobody is going to buy it. And yes, they make affordable AR's for the entry market, so that all can have one, not just rich guys willing to dump 2k on a gucchi AR. They do a fucking lot. Glock just makes glocks. And knives i guess. They don't do what smith does, that made them the biggest gun company circa 2020.
