Browning Black Label 1911-380 Medallion Pro Full Size - 051912492.jpg

Picked up one of these Browning 380s the other day and I really like it. I never owned a 1911 before this so it's been a bit of an adjustment, but it feels really good in the hand and feels really well made. .380 is about as low as I would consider protecting myself with, but I love this little guy. I also found out you can get around the magazine safety by just holding in the magazine disconnect button and pulling the trigger

Smith and Wesson has kept the revolver alive for over 200 years. Each one a masterpiece. That is great. That is true perfection. And for innovation, they make wild shit like double tube shotguns, and revolvers in 350 legend for the meme even though nobody is going to buy it. And yes, they make affordable AR's for the entry market, so that all can have one, not just rich guys willing to dump 2k on a gucchi AR. They do a fucking lot. Glock just makes glocks. And knives i guess. They don't do what smith does, that made them the biggest gun company circa 2020.
You know what, I forgot they paid for Glock to build an entire wing in their factory filled with brand new machinery. They were pretty awesome for doing that.

Wasn't Kel-Tec the first to have a dual tube mag shotgun with the KSG? S&W borrowed the design just like with the FPC. I wouldn't say they innovated anything recently.

To be fair Glock is also not in the innovation business anymore, but I'd rather see them just doing Glock pistols and doing them right. Feels like they'd dilute the brand if they started making bolt action rifles or something.

Unlike Kel Tek however, it was made with 100% less crack.

The crack is the best part, otherwise it would just be another boring utilitarian mag-fed shotgun if they approached it sober. Also if you want even more tubes, get the Tavor shotgun.

There was the Neostead 2000 which predates the KSG by a decade or so. The tubes on that are on the top.
Good point. KelTec did popularize the design, though.

But with the crack comes crack head quality lmao. Kel Tek is fun. I don't trust it bro.

Never been a fan of the M&P grip or just the texture of M&P polymers in general feels like that shit they make rubbermaid push carts with.

I'll give S&W that, their polymer handguns are a lot more reliable and in general they do have a better reputation for quality. Don't know about the shotgun, never tried it.

But still, not exactly innovative. Releasing a lever action in the 21st century is not groundbreaking.

I'll buy when they invent a gattling crossbow that shoots knives made of nippon fold steel with over 20,000 folds like origami paper.
Bro that was 24 years ago, a quarter of a century. You are still seething about the hillary hole? They have completely new leadership now. They did not cuck out during the Floyd riots, infact they made fucking bank.
You can be a complete POS and still make bank.

Would've been nice if they went after the two biggest problems in guntubes which are:
those fucking faggot shorts where some detached hand does a bunch of faggot asmr shit and doesn't talk about the gun or it's history or anything they just plop a box of ammo on a picnic table and load.......each.....round.....slowly....to milk.......the time, and other being all those fake as fuck asset stealing channels with clickbaity titles GUHHNNSSSSYOUNEEDFROMSHAWTSHOW2026!!!!!1!11!!!1 (#4 will SHAWK UUU) with thumbnails that are either AI or stolen from somewhere else swear to god I saw a channel once that had a video and the fucking thumnail was of an Ares Predator from Shadowrun granted that would be kinda cool if an ares predator was real but one can hope ok rant over fuck those grifting faggots.
I think another point for this is the 23 view video I randomly get suggested of a diverse individual dumping a glock mag wit dat ayersohft sweetch into a white picket fence in suburbia.

Each one a masterpiece.
Talk about blowing s&w
The .380 sigma
The Model 61 Escort
The literally any s&w made in the years 78,79, and 83
Yep masterpieces

The glock poster is way better at shilling, also yeah trying to destroy the entire gun industry only 25 years ago is good enough reason to hate them, I mean fuck the stupid ass hillary hole is there to this day to remind you. All the other shit they sell are over priced copies of other sucessfull guns they dont inovate for shit. To also think the company slapping hillary holes on all their shit and trying to burn down the industry is keeping revolvers alive like no other companies make good revolvers is a pretty good novelty

What guns are cheap in regards to both the gun itself and the ammo? Just need something for self defense that'll kill good.

Bruh all of that is old ass shit. And if you want to get into a bash fest, try glock not offering a decent 380 for decades because they were too lazy to set up a factory. Or how about refusing to sell AR rifles to the public they were selling to the british MoD- very cuck behaviour? Hell what about not offering manual fucking safeties on their guns?! And other revolvers? Who? Charter, Tauars? Only one close to their quality is Colt, and that depends on which bankruptcy colt is going through at the time. If you don't like the hillary hole, stop being lazy and remove the lock.

Smiths best kept secret: their 1911's and they even got one that's scandium framed.

I've literally heard nothing wrong with their 1911 lineup other than the price tag. Which is impressive. And yeah, they do neat shit like scandium frames. They probably don't sell great, they're expensive, but hey, they offer it.
