Clerical error on the 6/30 filing, not the actual position. They didn't accidentally buy a $440 million put option. Excel had a multiplier incorrectly set somewhere that spit out the wrong number on the filing and nobody caught it.

Wall Street would've noticed someone actually betting $440 million real dollars against TMNT.

They bought 12 put options not 12,000 or whatever was listed on that filing.
