I sometimes wonder if her being a cluster B and having ODD plays into her eating this way ?
It's like she is purposely doing the opposite of what her doctors told her, she put the accelerator to the floor driving towards an early death eating like that.
Salad hasn't realized that she can only eat what HE brings her. He could make her eat healthy by emptying all of the food out of the house and bring her 1 healthy meal at a time.
She'll rage, she'll scream but her sugar and weight will come down and she eventually will leave permanently which will be a blessing for him.

When she has a craving, she has to order that food right this second, even if she wakes up in the middle of the night and had a dream about food, she has to get it right away. And most people, even if they are impulsive from time to time, don't give in because they think of the costs, if it's food, about the calories or if it's healthy. Or just find something to distract themselves and it goes away. With an exception here and there.
Manipulation, most people don't manipulate 24/7. If they are not psychopathic, narcissistic and all the other things, don't have certain personality disorders, they don't. They might once in a while, often in very important situations, tried to think of an example, let's say you call an ambulance for a loved one and they tell you to just take them to the hospital. You will lie and maybe exaggerate the symptoms to get them help asap and because you are scared. But you don't manipulate for a fucking donut. To the point where you threaten divorce and going back to a country far far away for good. For-a-fucking-donut.
