I could swear I remember reading somewhere that unlike most of the others, they(the giants) didn't need much convincing outside of a point in the direction of a human town.

Back on Brianna though, I read this shit back when it came out, I ate those books up and kinda grew up with them. Don't try to pass yourself off as an authority, Johnny, as this thread proves, you have half a dozen autists popping up to call you retarded.

What the fuck kind of professional coder/software "engineer" would cause people to have to wait for him to type responses? Anyone who really is a professional in a field that involves a lot of writing/typing can type about as fast as they can talk.

Alternatively, this suggests Wu somehow has to use a proxy -probably Frank - to type messages for them, maybe because the painkillers are having a pronounced effect on the ol' drug addict Flynt?

Wu is like a living Barbie. Every year a new model is released with a different version and different accessories. And with Wu it's definitely all about the trapping and accessories. Neither bears any resemblance to real women, either.

The most egregious example of this, to me anyway, was the "panel" that John did with his Isometric radio show co-hosts, where John and Maddy, I think? started playing grab-ass with stuffed animals. If there's one thing I wish about JOhn, it WOULD be more people calling Johnny out on:

To be fair, you can't really flat-out tell a transgender person that they're shit at passing without looking like an asshole yourself. I figure most people just go with it to avoid unnecessary conflict.

Plus, though everyone here is familiar with her bullshit, I assume many of the people she meets are unaware of how much of a jackass she is, so they're far less inclined to call her out on anything. For all they know she could be an awkward but otherwise nice person who is having difficulty passing.
