His pre-past Weekly Sip were around more or less the same ratio but he likely has bots to push the uplikes again.

That and also something a guy has pointed out in the comments section of his latest video, most people STILL DONT KNOW that you can still see the dislikes on a youtube video with plugins, and tehy just go with the flow and assume there's no point on disliking, its all controlled curated astroturfed shit.

TL;DR Dev finally is tired of his own Discord and Purges them in 2022, sending them to a carbon copy of the server hosted by Dev's admin, Daddy (gay)

PART TWO:
NINE MONTHS LATER. In 2022, Dev barges into the Purged server to pick a fight again. Gets BTFO because he isn't acting in good faith. Refuses to follow GingerJack's advice and mischaracterizes him. "Unbans" many "offenders" from his previous server. Decides to destroy his friend-turned-enemy Scrump's Discord server.

Of course he won't. Dev's controversy is an advantage, not a disadvantage. Arch pays him to be on Archcast and deliberately keeps him around because people arguing about him constantly is a free engagement spike. Sure, it drives people away and is a very retarded move in the long run, but does that surprise you?

This is not idle speculation, by the way. People like Vee have confirmed this implicitly in places like Discord. Remember, these people all feed off drama and each other. They are utterly mentally stagnant and still live in the early 2010's 'controversy = clicks' mindset of Youtube content. They will proactively bait drama and discuss among themselves how best to react to it. It's all wrestling kayfabe to them, except the egos are real.

Personal pet theory: Dev knows he will lose his precious "centrist position" if he shows any form of support or even sympathy for Trump. And considering that a lot of the positions held by Trump's team right now involve reverting America to a pre-tranny, pre-Love Wins, etc. state, that would mean making himself look like he's siding with "the bad guys" despite critiquing the left dozens of times already.

That raises another question: Is showing support for trans people a centrist position? Given my personal experiences both online and offline, my answer is no. But if I were to ask Dev that, I have a feeling he would spend at least 10 minutes trying to justify his answer being "yes."

He literally says he'd be a Democrat in America, and says trump said Corey's last name wrong out of spite. That is as far from center as possible. He doesn't fucking care.

Dev said in his video on TDS that TDS would be used to silence any and all critiscism of Trump, including any from him. He mentioned how even people in his chat did that to him when he criticized Trump. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as any criticism he would give to Trump was at least in good faith and not anything in the same league as the leftie rioters...

Yeah, obviously there are people in his audience that have this issue, be he himself has a more blatant and annoying one.

He attempts to paint himself as some well-read policy guy, willing to look in deep and properly understand, and then explain his understanding to his audience. On this, he does an okay job. But what happens is that the more you get to know him and his personality, the more you see of him off the cuff. And off the cuff, he comes off as smug yet extremely fragile. He will sit and argue with his audience on his sip streams, or do the exact opposite, which is call them sub 80 IQ retards for disagreeing with him, and then ban them. "Chad yes."

I don't particularly give a shit about his views on Trump or the "coup" or whatever, but I do have issues with this weirdly adversarial relationship he's built with his audience. It makes every discussion that isn't scripted hard to watch. And it then paints his scripted ones with this contrarian brush. I watch plenty of people who don't like Trump, and others who don't like Biden. This isn't new. But Dev's entire anti audience capture thing is pretty exclusive to him and him alone.

It's annoying. Just make content I want to see and stop posting on Twitter. Make videos I disagree with, this wouldn't be the first time, nor the last. Stop commenting on literally every negative comment under your videos. It's not hard.
