As funny as it is right now Biden has all the power.

The rebel Dems can't really force him out in anyway but by trying to make it seem like everyone wants him gone. As long as Hunter and Jill stick to their guns Biden will be the nom at the DNC.
Biden literally has to be on death's door right now to hide like this unless you think he's in great shape to come out in 2 days and fool us all.

BTW I bet Biden is at least on life support now. There's just no way you don't see him now.

Dude I'm not trying to dispute that Biden is a tottering shell of a pedophile here.

I'm just saying it's rather funny that the Dems are being held up by their own backroom deals they made to prevent exactly what they need to do now. They are hoisted by their own petards as it were.

And that's funny. Like a fly marrying a bumblebee

Thanks to all the backroom shenanigans the DNC created back in 68 to avoid a repeat year they are now hamstrung by their very own system. Only Biden can make the call. All the tweets, innuendos and pleas from sidelines don't mean shit in the end.
I'm actually nervous that they might really off Biden now and make it look like a stereotypical MAGA tard.

Yep, they are this crazy. It's virtually impossible for me to archive now because of the sites acting up.

Biden campaign chair gave a "ra ra" speech to campaign staff

From CNN’s MJ Lee and Betsy Klein
Biden campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon gave a pep talk to campaign staff moments ago, described by one campaign official as a “ra ra” speech.
Marty Walsh was one of the speakers. The call touched on, in part, the importance of voter contact.
A source familiar with the call confirms that O’Malley Dillon told campaign staff: “When you give me polls, I’m going to give you direct voter contact.”
Two sources described the call as another “pep talk.” O’Malley Dillon was “talking about the work ahead” as campaign staff continues to move forward.
This post has been updated with additional developments.

Lulz. Just constant peak clownworld and I thought 2020 or so was bad.

I know we're all used to dismissing the obvious bullshit excuses, but he could actually just be sick. He ultimately has the final word, no matter how liquefied his brain is, and as of now that word is "no." He doesn't need to respond to the peanut gallery's delusions of grandeur.

Remember, DEI was originally promoted as a way to prevent effective unions. They then realized putting that on slideshows gets leaked, so they made sure to hire true believers who promote DEI on their own.
Whoa! Hold on there partner🤠 This is the first time I’ve heard about this, and I’d like to learn more! Please reply with a link to more information. Happy travels!
There was an episode of null's MATI podcast where he went on a rant about how the powers that be want to turn the US into "mudpeople" with numerous beliefs and cultures in order to divide and conquer, so that no one can unify against the government. I don't remember which episode of course but I'm going to go ask in the MATI thread or someone here might remember.

It was pretty off-the-cuff but it was a "redpill" moment for me, something that I hadn't thought of in that way before but it made sense and I could see it after he said it.

Edit:
Here is the part of the podcast I was thinking about.
This is the text slightly cleaned up, with emphasis by me:
I subscribe to the whole great replacement thing.

Number one, they they want the average IQ of the population to be closer to 90 than 100. So that the most intelligent people created by this population are like 130 IQ tops.

Number two, I think they want everyone to be mixed race and without religion. Because if you don't have religion and you don't have a race, then you have no tribe. If you are a quarter Spanish, a quarter black, a quarter whatever the fuck, and you just look brown and ashen, and your hair looks like pubic hair, and you have these weird eyes that are kind of light, but there's still this really bizarre shade that's completely unnatural. Are you going to say, oh, I'm a proud African man? No, you're not. Are you going to say that you're Latino? Do you speak Spanish? Do you have any idea about Hispanic culture? No. Okay. You're not Latino. Are you going to say you're white? I don't allow you to, you don't get to say that. So then what do you do? Okay. Well, you're just like a mud person. You're Amerimutt. How do you say like, "I'm going to join the Mud People Racist Division. We're going to have a proud mud people ethnostate." Like, you can't do that. It's just gone. You're not religious where you say, well, I'm going to live in a Christian fascist society. Well, you're not going to do that either because you're not religious.

What are you going to do, trust the heckin' science? Well, who are the scientists? They're in the government. So the second thing is to destroy tribalism by making everyone some bizarre mud people with no unifying culture or history.

And then number three, I think they're going to start CRISPR editing their own children because they already do IVF. All these people who are rich and famous, they have kids in their 40s because they freeze eggs, they freeze sperm. And then they just make a baby in a test tube and then implant it. Well, what's the next logical step from that? You edit a little bit. Right now they're already screening out defects from your gene pool. The next step is CRISPR. They're already doing this in China.

So then you're going to have people who are genetically modified to be more intelligent, who are already from rich and affluential families, presiding over a class of mud people with no unifying structure, culture, heritage. They don't even look the same. They're just like... They're just like a grab bag of M&Ms without any shells on. They can't form any kind of unit together with no unifying structure, and they mix across the country endlessly. And then they're all under 100 IQ themselves. So not only are they unable to unify just from a primitive basic desire to have a tribe, they're too dumb to even consider the apparatus that exists above them. And the people who maintain that apparatus are intelligent, selected to be intelligent deliberately, and modified to be more intelligent deliberately, and they are accessed by an artificial intelligence system that also currently exists in China. You see it used in governments already that help a small group of people who are already much more clever than the people they rule over, and that small group of people is then enabled to make sweeping decisions easily, effortlessly, with the assistance of machine learning. That's my conspiracy.
And here is the raw transcript:

REPUBLICAN UNITY VS. DEMOCRAT CHAOS

A Ben and Tina Cartoon

Cartoon published 07/19/2024

The Republican National Convention was a resounding success. Trump immediately addressed the attempted assassination and said, “I shouldn’t be here.” The audience vociferously disagreed.

Trump showed the immigration chart that ’saved his life.’ If he hadn’t turned his head to look at it, he would not be here.

Yet he is still here, and the Republican party is not only unified, they are also inspired and confident. The Republicans impressed, entertained, and appealed to people of all ages.

Meanwhile, the Democrat Party is in disarray. Nearly everyone is now calling on Biden give up his run for a second term. Some say he will step down as soon as this weekend, but we wouldn’t be surprised if he again digs in his heels. His narcissism and ego are still intact despite his dementia. If he does step down, the Democrat Convention is likely to break down into bedlam.

We decided to draw a combo cartoon. Ben drew the Republicans and Tina drew the Democrats. It was a fun experiment.

FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!

These are the "good guys on the right side of history" and 100% to blame for the division in this country ATM

I can't imagine celebrating the death of a firefighter who died shielding his family from terrorist sniper fire, but then again I'd like to imagine I have basic moral principles.

Jesus Christ some of these people are vile.

Lordkat and marzgurl and some other CA are saying pretty much the same thing. Spoony's even smart enough not to talk like this, at ALL. Talking about games once in awhile.

ETA: Linkara lied and canceled all his streams saying his internet was out too, another smart as hell move (with a dumb excuse, say you're under the weather dude)

Store-risk metrics include average store compensation, average total store sales, and a “diversity index” that represents the racial and ethnic diversity of every store. Stores at higher risk of unionizing have lower diversity and lower employee compensation, as well as higher total store sales and higher rates of workers’ compensation claims, according to the documents.

Archive.md is dead for me, so I can't do the original business insider article.

Whole Foods, which is owned by Amazon, is using a heat map to track stores that may be at risk of unionization, according to report from Business Insider.

The heat map apparently uses more than two dozen different metrics to track which Whole Foods stores may unionize. The heat map focuses on monitoring three main areas: “external risks,” “store risks,” and “team member sentiment,” according to Business Insider.

Here are some examples of “external risks,” reports Business Insider:

Some of the factors that contribute to external risk scores include local union membership size; distance in miles between the store and the closest union; number of charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board alleging labor-law violations; and a “labor incident tracker,” which logs incidents related to organizing and union activity.

Other external factors include the percentage of families within the store’s zip code that fall below the poverty line and the local unemployment rate.

Here are some examples of “store risks”:

Store-risk metrics include average store compensation, average total store sales, and a “diversity index” that represents the racial and ethnic diversity of every store. Stores at higher risk of unionizing have lower diversity and lower employee compensation, as well as higher total store sales and higher rates of workers’ compensation claims, according to the documents.

And here are some examples of how “team member sentiment” is tracked:

The “sentiment” data is pulled from internal employee surveys and “is likely to be the first score to improve based on your efforts.”

These measures assess employees’ feedback on the quality and safety of their work environment and whether they feel supported and respected, among other things. External risks include things the distance between that Whole Foods store and the closest union, charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board.

Amazon has resisted Whole Foods unionization efforts before — in 2018, the company sent a 45-minute anti-union training video to Whole Foods team leaders that was obtained by Gizmodo. “Throughout, the video claims Amazon prefers a ‘direct management’ structure where employees can bring grievances to their bosses individually, rather than union representation,” according to Gizmodo.

Whole Foods used similar language about direct management in a statement to Business Insider, which it also shared with The Verge. “Whole Foods Market recognizes the rights of our Team Members to decide whether union representation is right for them,” Whole Foods said in the statement. “We agree with the overwhelming majority of our Team Members that a direct relationship with Whole Foods Market and its leadership, where Team Members have open lines of communication and every individual is empowered to share feedback directly with their team leaders, is best.”

Amazon has not replied to a request for comment from The Verge.
