Perhaps you can send it as a thumbnail again, but I’m gonna take a shot and say that I think it is referencing the fact that the shooter was registered republican. Destiny keeps seething on Twitter so at this point it’s ridiculous. I’m not mad at it at all, I’m just laughting at him because he is a moron lol.

It makes me think of three things that could've happened:
Nathan trying to fight back his dad's fame because he is mocked. There could've been older kids who brought it up in school which started this.
Nathan was either directly or indirectly influenced by Tiny's conservative family who kept discussing Stevie's mischief on the Internet. "Not even a real job" is a bit on the nose.
Nathan hates listening to Destiny shouting at strangers all the time so he tries to fight it back to make him stop and pay attention to him instead. Him trying to argue with Steven could be a hint that he wants attention that the random people on the Internet get. He probably sees other kids hang out with their dads while his father is only shouts at people and plays video games.

So either bullying, direct/indirect influence of family, or a plea for attention that's normal at his age.

Nathan, a literal kid, seems to be more down to fucking earth than his own father.

At this stage it is likely that the other kids are bullying Nathan about his father's cum guzzling and dick sucking.

Not once did kids bring up my parents when attempting to bully me. But attempts to bully me were quickly shut down with violence and proper boundaries were drawn and it didnt happen again. Kids these days would get expelled i guess for defending themself.

I asked my 13 year old about Destiny and his response? "That videogame grown ups play because they arent good at Fortnite?"

Unless Nathan is bringing up his dad his peers have no idea most likely. Most kids dont deal with bullying on the level of the bully doing research on the target in question. Especially males. If he does bring up his dad he is 100% getting mocked though.

This kid is young.

As long as he eats red meat, exercises, and stays realistic (doesn't succumb to clout chasing), he's literally going to be fine. He seems to have enough sense about him to recognize that his father is an idiot. He is going through a tough time where he is probably bullied relentlessly for his father's actions.

There will come a point, however, where people listen to what he has to say because the "bit" about mocking him gets old. Once he speaks his mind and people listen, he has an easy future ahead of him. All he has to do is just stay realistic.

I think he's going to make it. We're all (except Destiny) going to make it.
