Milwaukee isn't a "big liberal city" by almost any measure. It's half the size of the Tampa-St. Petersburg MSA. It's smaller than Indianapolis, Nashville and Jacksonville, only slightly bigger than Oklahoma City, St. Lake City, Grand Rapids and Tulsa. I'm picking only "conservative" cities here, not just cities within Red States which would open up options like San Antonio, Austin or St. Louis or any of the Ohio cities. I threw out any city that's Black like Birmingham or Memphis or the NC cities even though they're not "liberal" despite being Democrat because 1.) they aren't "conservative" just because they aren't "liberal" and 2.) I don't want to entice Rick into hunting there.

I could have kept going too because the Tulsa MSA is 1 million and it's not until Des Moines and Provo that you fall under 750K which is half Milwaukee. Jennifer has no clue how many South and West metro populations have been growing for decades and are still growing unlike Milwaukee. And Milwaukee's only one-third of the MSA population and almost all of its non-white population.
