The Telegram has been pretty quiet, it's been over a week since Boogie has posted in it. Last thing he sent was a passive aggressive message towards Moist Critikal about how his video didn't mention that his brother "confirmed" his cancer diagnosis.

Also, the developer of the coin seems to be a bit unhinged and is a complete Boogie dick rider. He's completely adamant that Boogie absolutely has cancer and hates all discussion from people that challenge Boogies lies.

He even went as far as demanding that other people post their Photo IDs in chat for $500, as a means of "proving" why Boogie doesn't want to share his diagnosis. Despite missing the point that Boogie was being offered 80k for 1 screenshot that just had his diagnosis on it, to a trusted 3rd party only days after saying he had to do the crypto scam because he was desperate for cash.

I don't see how Boogie or Bryan can gain from this 1v1. We already know Bryan will lie to carry Boogie's water because Boogie exposed him on the latest cancer stream just to try and cover his own ass. Bryan doesn't strike me as someone who will get frazzled as easily as Boogie, so what is really going to happen? You are correct in a sense that this is how it is classified. My post and Annealing's post just tried to make a distinction between disease that produces abnormal cells and PV that doesn't. But then later tells Destiny a sleep doctor told him he had PV from reading his charts (therefore the first doctor put it in). And he said the sleep doctor said "so we are treating your PV" and he said "the what now??" as if it was the first time he heard it..? Therefore implying his doctor put it in the charts, but did not tell him?

I don't see how this could be possible either. Hospitals aren't using paper charts any more. It's all electronic, so anything diagnosed and put in a chart is going to be in the portal, because the information in the portal is directly from the chart.

Yeah I can't emphasize this enough that, at this point, virtually every doctor talks to every other doctor via electronic charting. I'll give a personal example:

A few years ago I was halfway across the country visiting family and was involved in a traffic collision, a drunk driver hit me. Luckily nothing serious, I was taken to the hospital to be checked out, got a few stitches and some anti inflammatories. Almost a full year later I'm in my primary care doctor's office, again, a thousand miles away from the hospital I was seen at for the traffic collision, for my yearly physical, and the first thing he asks is "So is everything okay after your accident? No lasting damage or anything? I see you just got done stitches and Meloxicam, but if you need some physical therapy or something we can do that." Different medical groups, different states, never heard of each other before, but he had literally all of the medical information about the incident right there on the computer.

There is a zero percent chance that these doctors aren't talking to each other and charting literally everything electronically, especially with such a fat unhealthy fuck like Boogie, where they need to be very careful about prescribing medications that interact with each other, or making sure they aren't doubling up medications.

So, Boogie2988lbs almost certainly has Polycythemia, whether Vera or Secondary. He's loaded with red blood cells.

There are multiple reasons this could be the case, one is Vera, others are the hormone treatments or sleep apnea by being a ginormous fat fuck.

So, the Doc orders tests to figure out what is causing the Polycythemia. One tests is the sleep study. So Boogie goes for the sleep study and Dr Gupta says 'youre here for the Polycythemia' and Boogie, who doesn't know the difference just presumes this only means Vera.

So the Doc isn't reading a chart, he's reading a referral which relates to the Polycythemia and whether it is Vera or not is one of the things the sleep study will or will not show.

No. That isn't how it works. My grandfather actually had PV, and they don't do all of these sleep studies and shit to diagnose it, they just did a genetic test and called him back in and said "yeah you have the JAK2 mutation which causes PV." The only time someone would be referred for sleep studies and hormone panels and all that shit for polycythemia is for polycythemia secondary. Here is how polycythemia diagnosis works, I will give a breakdown:

1. Initial confirmation of polycythemia via observation of an abundance of RBCs
2. Genetic panel to test for a JAK2 mutation
3. If JAK2 panel is positive, PV diagnosis is confirmed, begin treatment for PV
4. If JAK2 panel is negative, order testing to determine cause of secondary polycythemia , to include sleep studies and hormone panels. Begin treatment for secondary polycythemia.

So even before he was referred to the sleep doc, he already knew he didn't have cancer. I want to be very clear, that Boogie was aware he didn't have cancer this entire time, and was banking on people's ignorance and goodwill to not challenge a cancer diagnosis to get away with his scam.

No. JAK2 testing is not done via bone marrow biopsy. Bone marrow biopsy is the old school way to diagnose PV and is not often done now. Also, bone marrow testing isn't particularly dangerous or expensive. It's a relatively common diagnostic tool. Even if for some reason the JAK2 panel was inconclusive and a bone marrow biopsy was needed, they would do that before all the sleep study shit.

Secondary polycythemia IS NOT A MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS. Secondary polycythemia is a symptom, and testing is done to determine the root cause to address that. They would not do a battery of tests to try and figure out if there is some underlying cause and then go back to test for PV, when they could avoid a bunch of other tests by just doing one test at the very beginning which could lead to diagnosis. I will give you an example:

Let's say I'm an ER doctor, and you come in with a broken arm. It's bent in the middle forearm at a 45 degree angle and very painful, because broken arm. I would not order hormone and sleep tests to see if you have secondary "bent wonky pain arm" before doing a fucking X-ray to check if it's broken.

While you can confirm a JAK2 mutation with a bone marrow biopsy, you can also see it in blood tests. Typically they check your granulocytes (a category of white blood cells). If they are checking your bone marrow, they'll check your RBC precursors for the mutation. A sleep study would be used to rule out secondary polycythemia due to sleep apena.
