Like, what is she even doing that this is happening? If urine is going to drip/run anywhere, gravity should cause it to move toward the tip, unless she's trying to hold it up like an elephant squirting water from its trunk because she thinks that's how men pee.

If the pressure moving a fluid out of a tube drops enough, adhesion kicks in and the exiting fluid will simply grip and travel along the underside of the tube (sometimes going up even if it’s pointed down) until gravity wins over the adhesion grip and pulls it down. Hence the weird back-pissing and dribbling. Kinda like a poorly designed tea pot spout that gets drips under the spout opening and makes a mess.
