I don't understand how they can separate her from, "it'll be more of the same because she was part of the fake Biden administration. Whoever was running that, she's complacent and part of it." How anyone could think anything at a bare minimum would be better than Biden, but then I ain't an inane echo chamber bubble NPC person.

Speaking of weird echo chambers. I was speaking to someone the other day who hadn't seen the Trump getting shot video. They aren't a big follower of the news and current events. They knew he'd been shot at, yet literally in whatever world they exist they hadn't seen the footage or even that photo of trump pump fisting the flag. How is that even possible?

Don't apologize! I prefaced and continue to preface it with "This is a consistent rumor, originating from an unknown source". The -proper- thing to do is doubt it! Hell, I even added the rumor could have been utter bullshit released just to damage Biden! It is fine to laugh at rumors, I was just having fun pointing out the people who ardently were against it now have a bit more to think about.

So what's the consensus here on Kamala's odds?

I think if they could get Michelle Obama on as VP it would be an easy win for Dems.
Also, I'm not convinced Trump would have had an easy win against Biden this time anyway. Old people (white people) are dying off, COVID-19 sped that up, and Trump didn't even win the popular vote in 2016. So I just don't think Republicans have the numbers to win. It has been Joever for Republicans for a few decades now.

But hopefully I'm wrong.

Assuming this was either a stroke (made more likely by dementia drugs) or a severe dementia incident (More likely as resistance to drugs increases) well...

Yes!

The only real question was when the drug cocktail would become more damaging than it was helpful. And I think I can see what happened. They have been pumping him -full- of them ever since the debate as they trotted him out again and again to play damage control.

I think so too, I don't see them going into the convention without every delegate knowing that if they go against whoever the elders choose (which is probably Harris) they will be kicked out of the party. They are fucking incompetent though so I guess its possible that they somehow fuck that up.
If this goes past the first round of voting and the super delegates get involved it will be horrific optics.

This just goes to show you that this country has the memory of a goldfish. She was vice president for these 4 years while the economy kept collapsing and did nothing, but some how her being president will suddenly turn this whole shit around? Yeah America deserves it if many people choose to vote for her.
