She wouldn't be scrubbing over the site herself, she'd be flying down to drill every element of any local security, be a presence and show how they're taking this seriously. One of the things you expect and need from good bureaucratic leadership is an in-person show of force to show everyone lower in the totem pole than you, even on other stacks entirely, that dragging feet or causing problems will be a career ending decision because important people are here now. If anyone tries and give a runaround to an agent, the chain of command can roll up until she walks into the room 15 minutes later to ask what the problem is, rather than going to email and memo hell. Seeing the actual site is secondary at best, beyond providing a little more context for interpreting information coming down the pipe that might not be clear just off photos and satellite shots.

The fact she hasn't gone off to do this even for a single day is telling.

Except they did. Lol, multiple times. For hours. She's a funny gal. I almost feel bad for her. I know she had no hand in this, she was just a bullet sponge for Mayorkas and Wray. But this is pretty funny.

I am so fucking sick of the (D)'s trying to spin this as an evil black rifle issue. It isn't about the guns. It is about the psychotic (D) rhetoric that was the reason some zoomer superfag took a rifle to a political rally and tried to kill Trump with it. What, did the gun magically float up to the 'slopped roof' and pull its own trigger????

Give them a break, they have literally no other spin to try and pull here because the party is an absolute shambles and most of them are just trying to make sure they don't lose their shirt this November
