A lot and I do mean a LOT of people in D.C. consider the Constitution to be a outdated and bothersome piece of paper. Most of them have no real idea what it is and how it works.

They really do not think like you or me. They are concerned about power alone and all else is secondary, ends justify the means end of history shit. They would hide Biden's death as long as they could simply because they want to game polls and legislation without any understanding of why this is bad and how horrendous a precedent it sets and how much it violates the 25th.

If this motherfucker could have even answered the most basic of questions like "How many shooters were there?" I would have a far better time believing Crooks worked alone and was just some radicalized redditor who thought Trump was Orange Hitler. But the fact they are so fucking incapable of giving any amount of details or information and can't even just make something up leads me to believe this was a government hit.

Seriously how can you not answer how many shooters there were. It's not that hard of a question. If there was more than one, you think it would prompt a nation wide manhunt, no? For someone who just tried to assassinate a President?

Can't answer how many shots were fired by Crooks. Can't answer how many shots were fired by counter-snipers. These are basic facts that even local police departments can track and keep record of.

They weren't preparing for this to fail.

There isn't a lot of good data out yet, so I wouldn't read much into it. Also, what I suspect is happening is that Harris is more popular than Biden only where it doesn't matter. If you look at any recent polls for important swing states, Harris is not doing well or was polling worse than Biden.

Here are polls from last Thursday (7/18/2024) that have results for several important states and show Harris doing worse than Biden.

Kamala might get a bit of a dead cat bounce initially, but she's no more likable than she's ever been.

Also, people might have been willing to cheat for Joe Biden. He went way back and had a lot of connections, people who owed him favors, or people who knew that he was corrupt enough to be good for one. People aren't going to take that risk for Kamala when there's going to be far more attention and scrutiny, no guarantee of getting anything out of it for the risk of being caught, and a likelihood that even if they did cheat for her that she'd still wind up losing which means a DOJ that won't turn a blind eye to their shenanigans.

No kidding. I was leaning on incompetence instead of conspiracy before this but now I am firmly 100% convinced that it was an op.

Pretty much since the GOP took the majority.

The GOP asks questions. If the person in the chair is from the left they dodge or lie. The DNC reps usually just say GOP bad, this is a waste of time, and pontificate otherwise.

You rarely get a question answered but the GOP does get a lot of information uploaded to youtube that can be used by content creators. I figure that is a big part of why they push so hard during them.

"How many shooters were there?" is NOT a tough question to answer. They have ignored that question 5 times. It is not top secret or classified. It is not pertinent to the integrity of the investigation.

If there was another shooter besides Crooks, why is there not a nation wide manhunt? Why can't they just say "There was only one shooter"
