What are the chances Joe is dead from suicide due to sheer embarrassment dawning in a lucid episode?

I know the chances are zero but holy fuck would it be funny.

Securing loyalties. The Dems are a big tent with a lot of powers at play, they are not a monolith of unity. If Kamala suddenly becomes the lame duck incumbent for the next few months, then there's a good chance for a coup at the DNC where everyone will shit-fling for their chosen candidate.

If they handshake on whatever deals they want behind closed doors, Pelosi, Clinton's, etc all get their piece out of Kamala too.

Him dying right now would make it seem less like they pulled a "coup"," because him being seriously ill is a legitimate reason for him to end his campaign, as opposed to him ending it because too many people were pressuring him. They have every incentive to announce it right away.

Jill Biden is supposed to be going to Paris to preside over the Olympics and be treated like a queen for another few weeks. EVERYTHING about the past few years has been her. She even had them write her an entrance song for the Marine Band to play when she enters the room.

There's also the question of a bunch of pardons needed.

A lot of older white voters liked what Dementia Joe represented - tradition and continuity. They spent their entire lives building the system, they don't want to destroy it. Kamala ain't that, she's a younger radical arguably farther left than Bernie Sanders. Joe's contingent of older white people might not turn out for her

If Black women hate anything it's other black women. Besides, Kamala is not African American but rather Jamaican. Black people will not consider her a 'real' black person

They were covering up his mental decline because they wanted him to be President again. He can't be president if he's dead, there would be no point to covering it up. If he's dead, Kamala legally has to be in charge, and nothing could be done to hide that.

Maybe Biden isn't dead.
Maybe he's hiding because intel suggests an attack/assassination on Biden or another well-known foreign dignatory
Maybe the hiden biden is a ruse.

Imagine Kamala having to meet Putin. When that meeting is scheduled, I'm taking a weeks worth of water and dehydrated food to a secure, nuclear-blast free area.

They may have lowered the flags because someone who definitely would know, is his wife. Whether she hates her husband enough to participate in a post mortem coup is not known. But, being as old as she is, and probably more focused on his death than the announcement of such, they are doing this because it might be possible she would notice the absence of the traditional half mass given for such an event. And if she does have any love for him, she may have brought that up in an interview or after the announcement, feeling disrespected. To everyone else, that would not be taken as personally but a clear sign of manipulation and conspiracy by our government to lie to us.
