To be fair, on Bulbapedia it says "Age: Unknown" but specifies (as the Pokemon wiki on Fandom does) that Rosa is a young girl and on a Reddit thread I found the OP says that Rosa is 13-14 years old (which doesn't make it any better):

I will think on how to word this by the time I get home. I will say, to my eyes, she looks 12, especially in that porn, but I'm also not a Pokemon autist who knows the growth rate of Pikachu's fur. I'll update it when I add the archive links, I have to think about how to explain this clusterfuck.

I have made the update to the OP. It's in a spoiler tab because it's honestly kinda a mess explaining Nintendo being niggers with character ages, but still DOES need to be there.

As for Rev news. I listened to this video this morning.
It's a general news breakdown. Rev decrying censorship, all that because Capcom covered some boobs. No opinion either way other than it's algorithm bait. Really its the part at 2:56 that interests me.

Apparently some Japanese twitter artist DFE'd because of backlash he got from the JAPANESE side of twitter for his art work of this Hyouka, which seems to be based off a high school anime of the same name. The art just based on what Rev provided seems to be very suggestive of a teenage girl. Now what got Japanese twitter mad, I don't know. Which is why this interest's me greatly. The artist went by Mery__S2_ on Twitter. This happened on July 20th. He also has a Pixiv account by the looks of it. Very suspicious, given Rev is somewhat vague about it.

I always love it when a normal person stumbles across this degeneracy and is like "hold up that's not right" and the pedo defense force immediately lose their shit.
