I don’t want to agree with your whole post but I think it’s pretty accurate. We should all remember that Biden wasn’t really popular with Dems in the 2020 primary then all the sudden he won South Carolina and the machine cranked up for him.

No one was excited about him running either. So much so he kept saying he’d only serve 4 years because people thought he was too old (strange how that never got mentioned again). But it didn’t matter because the entire MSM and Dem machine pushed him as the savior from our very own Hitler.

They will do the same thing for Harris and she doesn’t have a long record of fucking over Democrats (again, conveniently forgotten for Biden) or the age problem. I think she has her own set of issues but she will be given every possible advantage.

Trump needs to not take the bait that’s going to be thrown his way constantly and stay on message. His base is enthusiastic and motivated but the Dems are driven by hate. Both are excellent motivators. If Trump can show himself as the confident “uniter” that will demoralize the left and impress the undecided voters. People are real jittery right now and want a steady, commanding leader. Harris is going to have some trouble campaigning but we’ll never see what isn’t carefully curated. He can win, but it’ll be a fight.

Trump CANNOT do that. He lives off of conflict and action. Not boring political pap. The debate is going to be extremely important. If Trump fucked up or looks old/tired/weak he's SoL. Harris is ~20 YEARS younger than him.



Y'all underestimate TDS and the Dems ability to thrown Biden under the bus. EVERYTHING bad, from inflation, to Afghanistan to the border can be laid at his dementia addled feet and Harris can come out of it smelling like a rose.

Trump's strategy needs to change with Harris. With Biden they made the mistake of allowing the debate to happen to allow it all to crumble. Harris is a charisma black hole, but how can Trump draw her out to show that? How can he make her equally as guilty if not more for the Biden admin's failures as Joe himself? He has to play different. Harris is one of the worst most unelectable candidates in history in a normal world, but we're not in a normal world and Trump has to play this smart to make her unelectability out in public.

2020 was a test of the idea that in an extremely high turnout election dems will have an advantage as there are simply more people with a pulse who lean democrat (and maybe without a pulse as well but that's a whole other post). Bear in mind that Trump broke the record for the most votes ever received by a presidential candidate, Biden only won because he broke the record by an even greater amount. It's unlikely that we will have the same insane 2020 landscape that created those results but it's not out of the question that some of it will linger.
