There have only been four presidents to die while in office if you exclude assassinations. The oldest was William Henry Harrison who died aged 68 of pneumonia in 1841 after only one month in office.

I don't know if you'd want to consider that old age, but usually you don't just die from being old. It's usually the result of some illness that normally wouldn't be fatal unless your immune system is too cooked to fight it off. Common colds and seasonal influenza kills off hundreds of thousands of old people every year.

If Biden does croak that doctor who was writing letters indicating that Biden was fine is going to be under a lot of heat. You don't go from recovering and fit for duty to fucking dead in one day without some kind of major medical issue.
