I had to call a support line for something and, of course, it's a jeet that answers. My interaction with the jeet goes something like this:

Dipshit middle managers think (again, keyword, THINK) that jeets are the perfect solution to their wrong, tort-tier bullshit where they want to take power away from the owner and employees under them and basically everyone, for black-boxing everything ie making everyone go through them and telling them not to communicate with each other. Middle managers think they are buying themselves job security that they can manufacture themselves by going full manhatten project, ie nobody knows what the bigger picture is and everyone is a mostly useless cog in a machine except for one task per person, and if the dipshit middle manager leaves, everything falls apart. This is why you always see middle managers psuedo-quitting and taking unscheduled vacations or whatever like that, to silently and repeatedly "threaten" to show what could happen. Middle managers THINK this works by hiring jeets but, what always ends up happening is, each individual jeet just starts to not do any work and try to gatekeep on their own and then you run into situations where a billion dollar company paying hundreds of millions of dollars in salaries somehow misses their SSL cert needing reissued then their web app goes down. Then corporate comes down and investigates and finally spends 5 minutes and asks everyone basic questions. Nobody can answer basic shit and the token sweaty bald boomer middle manager runs screaming "NOOOO YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME TO DO THAT BUT IT'S ALSO A SECRET AND I CAN'T TELL YOU FUCK YOUUUU SUCK MY ASS" and the next day they just fucking axe the entire department and put a massive amount of job ads online to replace them in a week.

This certainly plays a part. It is not easy to wrap my head around it but I totally understand the reasoning. Of course, the whole organization and broader society starts to suffer from this third world mentality that this breeds. When people are more focused on keeping their position than getting shit done, you end up with a dysfunctional mess.

This is why I laugh at the corporate news letter talking about AI, when the internals are so messed up departments even refuse to share any help between each other. We gotta reach the organizational level of the 1970s first. lol

While on the matter, here are few aspects I can say white people generally have:

1. An appreciation for silence.
2. A sense of hygiene and love of cleanliness and tidiness.
3. Empathy and sympathy for those not of your own kind.
4. Ingenuity and a culture of wit and invention.
5. A firm code and conduct of honor and morality.

While these aspects appear in non-white people, I can affirmatively say that they all simultaneously appear only in white people. Asians, such as the Japanese in my personal experience, get very close, but they famously lack [3]. Keep in mind this is a general prescription. While individuals may feel [3], you cannot tell me non-white cultures have [3] en masse like white cultures do. Indians, depending on who you ask, either lack most of these or all of them.

Now, why do these five aspects only appear all at once in white people? Personally, I'd say: The Enlightenment and Christianity. All but [4] above feel to me like a direct result of Christian doctrine. Not necessarily because of Christianity but certainly ingrained by it. [4] is definitely from The Enlightenment, whose culture of invention and science eventually lead to whites bringing modernity to the world.
