The OP desperately needs a tl;dr of reasonably confirmed information, atm it's still a bit of a clusterfuck with how long it is and how much is buried in videos imo.
Having distinct collapsible sections would already greatly contribute to the whole thing being more understandable for newcomers. For example having the part about Himepen being an actual pedophile who took nude pictures of a sibling below the age of 10 in one collapsible box and Pippa's furry shenanigans in another. Also sometimes it's hard to tell whether the info pertains to current events, or how far in the past it is, there are some confusing jumps.

Ironically the forum was better when it had more of a KF culture due to it being comprised almost entirely of farms users. The reason why Proctor is trying to turn the place more mainstream vtuber friendly is because there aren't many places outside of 4chan to talk about vtubers and in his grand vision TVA is going to be the place to be for "serious" discussion. But in doing so he's attracted a ton of incredibly retarded specimen and let the success (of having an explosion in user numbers) go to his head.

One thing for people unfamiliar with the site to keep in mind is that for the longest time it had 2 main threads, a general thread and a pippa thread. That knowledge should tell you why there are a lot of people coming over to defend her.
