That "I love you" and fake shock face and "I meant I love playing Minecraft with you" is damning, he is testing the waters, seeing if he can go further if he gets any response from the kid in that delusional pedo mindset we have seen thousands of times on To Catch a Predator. He waits a few seconds and when he gets no response he clearly starts to panic and fearing if the messages is ever seen by cops he sends "I meant I love playing Minecraft with you" after a shocked face so he can claim he accidently sent "I love you" to a fucking 14 year old kid he's grooming. This is classic pedo retardation too, yeah cops are going to believe that story after reading the multiple messages of classic grooming preceding it.

There will be little to no legal consequences for Jimmy on the criminal side, unless he somehow violated mandatory reporter laws. On the civil side, the families of the victims maybe could sue him but given that he has tons of money I doubt they would win any lawsuit.

Some states make everybody a mandatory reporter rather than just teachers, nurses etc but then that gets to the question of whose jurisdiction would apply, and I am not a lawyer so I cannot say Jimmy would be charged with not reporting child grooming.
Court of public opinion is all that matters. No parent is going to let their kids watch videos made by a guy whose staff are pedophiles, even if he himself had no idea.
