Was there every any conspiracy regarding this guy being MKUltra'd? He looks to be really composed and very accurate for someone going on his first and only killing spree. You'd think after the first murder, or even before, the adrenaline would be so high that you would be missing shots left and right, but this guy is shooting people from 10 or more feet away in some instances.

There is something so incredibly disturbing about how quickly life can just be snuffed out like this. I'm just astounded how people freak out when the idiot on the pylon explodes. Did they really think that was going to end any other way? The fishing pole one seems weird too, why's a power line hanging so low to the ground, or is that fishing pole just ungodly long?
