Empathy is something you have to work on, to learn through suffering or trying to put yourself in shoes of others. These people have ZERO empathy or morals. There is so much psychological evidence of the trauma being groomed/abused does to young minds. It scars them for life, its with them forever. Its one of the worst things you can do to a human being. Don't care if the victim said "nothing wrong was done" - They are young, naive, and usually not truly aware of what they went through until they process the event later in life.

You would think that data at least would stop these people from acting out these desires. I can't comment on whether or not we all control what the brain likes (though I think porn escalation can play a part in getting more fucked fetishes), but we all are in control of our actions in the real world.
