Balldo Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Internet shock jock" not-allowed-to-practice abortionist "lawyer", swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a felonious, copyright cuck. End-stage career failure: normies know.

Is this Adoptionism Hersey or just Jesus was a great teacher heretical teaching?
Probably the latter. That's been a popular position for many decades among liberal Christians. Their view is that Jesus was a prophet like other prophets in the Bible, but he's the best and final one. He had good ethical teachings and he was martyred for a righteous cause that gave birth to Christianity.

Nick be like: "So, in this parable, Moses approaches this bush and it's burning, but it's not actually getting burnt and that's weird.
“I mean I don’t know about Moses but I’m pretty sure if your bush is burning you’re going to want to see a doctor about that and get a prescription”

🥃 :really:

I must be confused about something because I have no idea what his cope is supposed to be that he can't talk about the April thing. There is nothing stopping him from addressing it if everyone including people close to Nick and April up to and including her ex-husband were wrong and they actually didn't have a polyamorous relationship going on.

At least Aaron left before he was peer pressured by the polycule to get a terrible tattoo like theirs.

Nick would say something like:
"Noah is like black people because he was useless and needed the help of god"
"That Noah, let me tell you... If he was a black guy, there's no WAY he'd be on a boat! Because blacks can't swim! Get it? They need a boat like Stephen Hawking needs a bicycle!"

Alex Stein just cornered Vic Mignogna into talking about Nick.

They stated talking about it about 10 mins before this edit.
Can we get a TL;DW?

Maybe he's just smart enough to know that "my wife and I are monogamous" is just gonna draw fire now, but neither does he want to admit he's been polyamorous this whole time either?

I suspect that behind the scenes that what Nick is saying is that April is a victim of domestic violence and that her security & privacy must be respected to protect her from Aaron.

I'm sure I'll leave things out, but en gros, he said that he didn't know anything about Nick's misbehavior. He only met him a few limited times in real life. He might be a friend, but that doesn't mean he approves of his behavior. In the end he made a public prayer for Nick while Stein did a stupid pray-along bit.

I was just "flipping through" YouTube and stopped only for a second because of the title about Biden proving he was alive. I don't usually watch the show.

Edit: when Stein pressed on juicy bits he refused to answer, like asking what he thought Kayla might think about Nick's having April as a gf now.

Edit2: Throwing out the @elb signal.

Vic's a great guy.

What about the fact that a mistress was arrested in the home along with your wife, a mistress who you told the cops was just visiting but your wife told CPS was technically the new live-in nanny?
more interesting is that her living with them pokes holes in nicks initial testimony (she was just a friend, just visiting)
cops (and courts) do not like it when you lie to the cops, at the very least it further undermines nicks own credibility
I only just noticed that April's address is listed as Spicer, MN in the traffic case and in her divorce case with Aaron filed last month. Could they be using this to contradict Nick's claim to the police that April was just visiting?
What's really interesting is that the "both homes" language is only present for Nick and not Kayla.

What does that mean?

My guess is that at the very least that they are well aware of the polycule situation, that Nick and April have (or at least had) a sexual/romantic relationship, and that Nick has a greater degree of involvement in whatever is going on in the April residence.
I bet he's gonna pin the blame on Aaron AND April. Let's face it, April is damaged goods and not long-term partner material. Nick will throw her ass under the bus when he has to in an instant. Blondie chose to stick around at the Rackets hovel after the arrests (where she avoided charges) and naively thinks that she's scot-free while living there.

Interesting new matter of public record attached. The timing sure is curious - anyone else wonder if perhaps showing off that culty three-wolves tattoo with the shirt-swapping throuple on WCCO didn't inspire much confidence at the county about whether the "live-in nanny" at the "technically separate address" would be a positive or negative influence on the household, such that forcing her to piss in a cup throughout pretrial release and postconviction probation would be a way to at least lessen the odds of the parents going into relapse after the kids are given back? Or could it simply be that Nick's "prove it's mine" defense naturally would leave the state no choice but to charge all three so that process of elimination would leave at least someone on the hook, with all the potential for backstabbing that this prisoner's dilemma now presents? Or is this charge popping up now because the snitching on April has already begun? I guess we'll find out soon...

The optimist in me says he's having buyer's remorse with the fleshlight as a long-term replacement for Kayla.

The realist in me says he's afraid of getting April back on the hook criminal charges-wise if he addresses the obvious. Aaron's been running his mouth (again), insinuating that it was April's idea to fetch the stash of coke they got arrested with.

Summary:

- Alex says he is 'on Nick's side' in this whole deal because friends stick by their friends in hard times.

- Vic says 'a real friend does not condone bad behaviour'.

- Alex says 'it could be said [Nick] made his audience off you back', but he denied this.

- Vic says he has not talked for Nick in a long time. He wants Nick to learn from his mistakes and make better choices. He will pray for him. Their interactions 'ended quite a while back'.

- Vic knows nothing about April and does not want to talk about his situation much. He is not a part of Nick's private life and does not want to be dragged through it.

- Vic would not give a lengthy statement for a huge Netflix documentary. He said a public prayer for Nick and Joe Biden.

Amazing work! This file can apparently also be found in the MRCO system with the case number 34-CR-24-487. Here are the pdfs.
She has her first appearance in court on August 28th by Zoom.

Ah... We meet again, Mr. Brown...

I am legitimately obsessed with what this could be. I need a new fixation now that the beeping robot on Nick's LOCALS streams is gone.
This is a real mystery. I thought the lab would have done the mystery drug results before the hair results. Unless he got sold a bunk batch and tried to turn baby laxative into crack. Anything's possible at this point
