He's properly "gendering" them because he's a lefty canuck and a content creator. The reason this matters is that being a popular lefty creator and being on the internet, you're going to run into a lot of troons, and whether we like it or not, there are troons who are/come off as more or less normal people outside of their mental illness, and since the media likes to hide the vast majority of them that are overt pedophiles or psychopaths, most of the troons Mutahar knows and interacts with will be the less unhinged type causing a cognitive dissonance in how he views them.
