Yes, Harris is one of the two people on the ticket since the Presidency is actually two designated spots for the Electoral College, you're allowed to replace one at a time. None of the deadlines are until after the convention except that Ohio thing they already fixed. Delegates are not bound by any primary results, they aren't even decided entirely by primaries, the DNC has complete control over their bindings. If they had to, they would get an unanimous first ballot to release them all at the convention before doing an unanimous second ballot to nominate the chosen ticket. This is a political party internal process, both parties have spent decades protecting themselves. If you don't control the party, the courts aren't going to help you and if you control the party you don't need the courts.

The only reason they can't completely swap out all candidates is FEC rules designed to prevent the setup of a bunch of fraudulent campaigns to get around donation limits. But that's only if you want to funnel money to another campaign, it's legal to do this and use those fake campaigns to transfer the money to the party. (Though there's no need because of how you can donate directly to parties.) The FEC actually explicitly signed off on this finally because Bloomberg did it in 2020 and they said it was fine.

Republicans can certainly try to gum up the works but they're going to be allowed to rename Biden for President to Harris for President and shift the candidates around by the convention.
