I don't think most people would draw the line where you do. A lot of guys don't know how to handle that betrayal and, still believing themselves to be in love, will think that the relationship can work, because of how good it was in the past. It basically never does of course. But you're not a cuck for it. It's normal that a guy would try to salvage a doomed relationship, if only for a brief period before it falls apart. It's a mistake, but an understandable one.

There's levels to this.

Level 5 Cuck: You have an open relationship and you allow your woman to fuck other men. Maybe you ask her for details, maybe you just secretly jerk off to the thought of it. This is where @Destiny is.
Level 6 Cuck: You watch from a cuck chair or maybe from the closet.
Level 7 Cuck: You watch, and actively participate by eating the bull's cum. This is where Destiny wants to be, and is the reason he needs to slurp up that shotgun.
Level 8 Cuck: You're a multi-millionaire like Dan Saltman but let some tiny little motor mouth with noodle arms trash talk you after you paid to be his friend because that little motormouth can't stand the idea of anyone other than him being liked because he's an insecure little level 5 cuck.

In any case, being any kind of cuck says something about you. Either you have a busted dick, or you can't provide for your woman and she's looking for other options, or who knows what. Sure, we might have more or less respect and/or sympathy for the different levels of cuck, but at the end of the day, they're all cucks.

Stating the obvious here but vehicular manslaughter of not one, but four people with an aggravating factor (driving under the influence) is very obviously a serious crime and 10 years probation is a nothing sentence. Dan backed himself into a corner by letting Destiny trap him into defending a stupid stance that vehicular manslaughter always comes with prison time. Most states have sentences that go into the decades range, that's evidence enough of the seriousness of the crime (and hopefully most of us are not retarded and we know any wrongful death caused by irresponsible behavior is serious). I'm mildly curious about the details of the case but the likelihood that 10 years probation is an appropriate sentence is low.

General advice for everyone, if you are going to take screenshots from your account and post it somewhere else, or worst if you are going to post shit from your social media and post it in the thread, always make sure there aren't details, censor as many things that are unecessary, or Inspect Element edit things.
That's why all my screenshots are a pixelated mess, and the few timestamps that I don't edit are always purposeful, none of the timezones which ever show in my screenshots are my actual timezones, neither are the languages.
