I think the point is to be a real life anime character that is able to interact with you. If someone is attracted to a anime character the love they feel for her is entirely unrequited because there is no way she could actually interact with you apart from creating an AI chatbot (which I think is also starting to be a thing with people). Having a parasocial relationship with a V-tuber feels more ‘real’ since there is a greater level of interaction.

Yes. Shes told a number of stories about her odd behavior. what I can remember off the top of my head she didn't brush her teeth because she felt trapped by being in the bathroom. She talked about being the stinky kid in school because she didn't bathe if she gave a reason why I can't remember. She's talked about how she was planning on killing herself on livestream. She's mentioned being diagnosed with bi polar disorder but that doesn't explain most of her behaviors. It's probably a cocktail of mental disorders and autism.
