Yeah the only prohibitions that you're truly meant to follow in Leviticus are the ones that align with what just you yourself feel like are still applicable today, you just have to ignore the part at the end that says 'if you broke one you broke all of them'. There are literal centuries of cope available to you any time you feel like wiggling out of anything in the Bible.
To be blunt, for Christians, Leviticus is "Jew shit." Most of it is overwritten by the New Testament. Like the dietary laws. Eat as much pig as you want. Jesus don't care.
The charge isn't DOING drugs, it is possessing them. The state has to prove that she was in possession of the drugs that they found in someone else's bedroom. How do you suppose they can prove that beyond a reasonable doubt?
It's probably not that hard, but for what it's worth, I don't think they're so much gunning for April as they are hoping to flip her and bolster the case against Nick and Kayla.
Bitch should have bolted when she had the chance.
The race for Worst Parents on KiwiFarms is pretty tight. Ben Thorp still takes the lead though.
Only because Ben is fucking Grace. I think without that, Nick and Kayla would pull ahead. The kid testing positive for Coke is pretty vile.
will DSP outlive another one, chat?
DSP is eternal. In the end all that will be left is him and cockroaches.
Legal Mindset said that he'd heard Aaron was going to be charged, but then walked it back hard once people started sharing the clip of him saying it. I highly doubt they're going to charge him too, but this revelation goes to show how it's not a done deal either way.
My gut is he's in the clear because he got the fuck out just in time. Plus he's likely to be cooperative in a way the rest of them haven't.
He's actually pretty lucky.
I could be wrong though. We'll see.
April is by far the dumbest one involved in this. Why is she still being seen with the Rekietas? April, you could find another simp drug provider in seconds that's way less trouble.
She's a golddigger. I don't think she has anything else. She'd be back in the valve factory, or prostituting her ass on the streets of MSP right now without Nick.
She absolutely should have gone with the valve factory though.
Tried listening to some of it and tbh it was hard to sit through. I enjoy KinoCasino ripping into Nick and they are funny at it but they clearly know next to nothing about the Vic saga and how much Vic got screwed over. Or Vic in general. We’d all love for Vic to rip Nick a new one. We all make fun of his gay outfits. But they obviously are so ignorant about him it was physically painful to sit through. They both should probably do more research about the Vic stuff before preaching at Vic.
PPP only understands Vic as a Nick L. He doesn't understand the nuance behind that L. The fuckery that Ty engaged in, and Nick helped happen.
Which is his loss, because if he did he would know that Nick not only took an L, but also fucked over a guy who deserved better.
One, the summons is for pot possession.
No, it is not. It explicitly says NOT pot possession. It also explicitly says it's coke. A small amount, and not the 26 grams they are charging Nick and Kayla for. That's why it's 5th degree for her.
I don't think you even
can be charged for pot possession in MN anymore. At least in most circumstances. They are one of the growing number of states that has legalized recreational Marijuana use.
(Which, incidentally, is why Nick was able to smoke it in his hot tub and faces no consequences for that).
