No, presidents can endorse candidates. This has happened for fucking decades.
Hatch act as more to do with using the "official" (read: constitutional authorities) to help a candidate. So while the president CAN endorse a candidate, he can't force the FEC to give special treatment to a candidate to either help or hurt their campaign.
Now, what Obama had the IRS do to the Tea Party on the other hand, THAT is arguably a Hatch Act violation if it can be proven that the directive came from the oval office.

I've been noticing I get a lot of Kamala ads on YouTube when I watch on my phone recently. It's like two different versions of her asking for 10 dollars in donations. I just thought its weird, cause I don't watch anything related on the phone with politics, but every time I get an ad Kamala is there for one of them. They must've given YouTube a lot of money with how much she pops in ads.

I think it depends. I've got family members who are in their late 80s, fit as a fiddle, living independently, taking care of their own finances, and enjoying their hobbies.
Notably, they also took good care of their health, stayed active, and didn't let themselves mummify after retirement (picked up new hobbies like woodworking and gardening). One family member of mine actually suffered a stroke and even their doctor was worried it would be the end for them given their age, but they cleaned up their diet took their health more seriously and really turned things around.
Make sure you've got plenty of muscle even into old age (as it helps prevent bone fractures and acts as a buffer when you get sick), don't eat like shit, keep a close eye on your health especially after middle age, and make sure you stay mentally and physically active.
I don't know how many people I've seen simply waste away after retirement because they had nothing to keep them going after retiring. No hobbies, no friends, no interests. I think for some it really did just kill them from the inside out.

I think history will have sympathy for Joe Biden. In the end it's clear he was nothing but an elderly, feeble man with failing mind paraded in some grotesque pantomime show by powers behind the throne. That really caught up with them these past few months, but it was clear as day before he even took to the oval office.

'His' administration on the other hand will be viewed abominably.
