Anyone else remember when Super Lawyer Rekieta said the Gina lawsuit wasn't going to get pass motion to dismiss and did not one but 2 streams defending said opinion?
I remember him trying to give an overview on defamation, and Lee LeEgUlL MoInDsEt rated his analysis for this case an F because of it being not even the right fucking issue (wrongful termination).

However stupid and lazy you think Nick is, it's even worse.

Meh. Aaron was kicked out. He wants to pretend he left, but they got sick of him. He even thought Kayla was his soulmate not realizing she was just keeping him busy while Nick worked on April. He's one lucky SOB that April decided she wanted to be Nick's sidepiece before the search warrant. He'd still be hanging on to the "soulmate" nonsense making spaghettios while Nick balldoed his wife. I'd even bet that they decided not to waste the coke and sex on Aaron in an effort to hasten his departure. All his "I saw the light" righteousness is BS.
I fully believe if Aaron could still be in their degenerate polycule, he would be. The fake righteous indignation he shows at Nick and April are like bad wrestling promos.

How do you suppose they can prove that beyond a reasonable doubt?
April likely admitted to using coke in her interview
She likely admitted to having access to the room where the coke was stored
Something April owned was crusted in cocaine

How else did it get there?
What would a reasonable and prudent person believe based on common sense?

This isn't a hard case to prove

Not quite. The real events are somewhat worse. The first thing that happens is that one night April disappears. She drives back to Aaron's house, gets her stuff and comes back announcing that she is moving in with Nick & Kayla. Nick says "great". Kayla bitches to Aaron in private about it and how she doesn't like it but refuses to stand up to him. Aaron is confused.

Nick's plan at this point was to convince dummy Aaron to buy his second house with the equity from his existing house and at the same time put April's name on the house. Kayla's part in this nonsense was to tell Aaron how wonderful everything would be when he moved there and how Aaron & Kayla would raise all eight children together. Nick would get all the money from the house sale to replenish his cash. April would get most of the value of the house when she inevitably divorced Aaron.

April moving in with Nick (and Kayla) was a soft ultimatum that Aaron had to move to Spicer, buy Nick's house and put April's name on the house if he wanted the marriage to continue. Over several weeks, the ultimatums escalated with Kayla reduced gradually to the role of bait while April made it progressively clearer that she was with Nick.

But Aaron still wouldn't make the deal. So Nick and April created a farcical situation to generate a confrontation where they could put Aaron on the defensive and get him to agree. I suspect the confrontation was also driven by Nick's growing need for the money from that house. April or Nick first "discovered" that Aaron had left the "pawverbs" (Proverbs for dogs) book that Kayla had given him behind and had lied to Kayla about reading it. To further escalate things, Nick took Kayla's phone away from her and reads Aaron's messages to Kayla. He is fake outraged at the messages and how Aaron is treating Kayla.

So they have the final confrontation to get Aaron to move there. He has to do it to make up for all his mistreatments of poor Kayla. The three of them ultimatum Aaron and then Aaron is kicked out. That is the end of it.

Aaron was on a path to being fully cucked beyond just sexually and moving toward being a cuck financially as well. They kicked him out because he would not fully commit to the cuck role. If he had stayed longer, he would have eventually been kicked out after they had taken most or all of his money. April doesn't love Nick and Nick isn't some chad that "won" her. She is a coke whore doing what coke whores always do. Kayla's role was to be bait for Aaron.

And if Aaron didn't have gay sex with Nick during their time together, I'm sure that would have eventually been something Nick would have done if Aaron had stayed. Because given where Nick is on his coomer degeneracy spiral, going full-blown gay and trooning out seem more and more inevitable.

Most of this comes from reading between the lines from Aaron's own self-serving accounts of what happened with Nick and the others.

Sure she could in theory beat the charges but this is a perfect way for the state to show they aren't fucking around and unless she accepts a plea deal she's either going bankrupt, to the can, or both.
I wonder if that sack of shit has even told her she's being charged.
Now Nick can either potentially pay the $10k fine for April, or leave her to the wolves. Remember that he’s “saved” her from that evil Aaron, so, will he really leave her hanging if she has to pay the fine? (Rhetorical question.)

I wonder if he’s told her yet, too. Since April, Nick, & Kayla live together on the Rekieta’s properties together as 3 wolves, it will be interesting to see what April brings to her defense, & by proxy what Nick has coached her to do for that defense.

The charge isn't DOING drugs, it is possessing them. The state has to prove that she was in possession of the drugs that they found in someone else's bedroom. How do you suppose they can prove that beyond a reasonable doubt?
Read he PC affidavit. They added the tidbit that April was in the MB with Kayla when they found her (wish body cam was released). The found her purse in the MB. Her credit cards were on the nightstand in the room they found her covered in coke along with a vial of coke. That's beyond reasonable doubt that she constructively possessed the vial of coke. They did not charge her with the coke in the safe. Pretty slam dunk.

I think the only reason they originally dropped it and it took so long was that they wanted to make sure that the amount she possessed was a felony amount backed up by the lab.

Nick must have been trying to convince Aaron to do this for some weeks beforehand.

Aaron mentioned that one of the reasons Nick wanted Aaron to buy the house was to use some of the money to pay for that house addition he's been talking about for well over a year. Nick had mentioned that events were taking place which would allow him to finally go forward with the renovations back in March, several weeks before April left.

Part of the reason for wanting Aaron to buy the old balldo bunker (tbf at a reasonable rate), was so Nick could put the addition on to his house, INCLUDING THE SEX DUNGEON
About 2.5 months ago, near the start of March 2024, something changed. Nick said he was working on something which would allow him to build the addition to his house which would include a new studio area. He would announce it as soon as he was in a position to do it.

Nick talks in his very vague way which thread regulars are used to. But it's clear that there is something that he was waiting on happening, which allowed him to "think we may be in a position to do that soon". At the time, I assumed that what he was waiting on was Celeste writing a check, but Nick selling his second house to Aaron would also fit with this perfectly.

What appears to have happened is that despite Nick's plans, April couldn't bear even pretending to want to be in a relationship with Aaron anymore.

Aaron insists that Nick must have known about April's plans to move into their place permanently, but I can't imagine Nick being 100% on board with that before he got payment for his second house... Of course, with April's name on it too so they could double-dip when it came time for the divorce.

According to Aaron, after April successfully slipped away long enough to move out of their home, the line they were feeding him changed. Suddenly Aaron had to buy the house because that way Aaron and April could remain friends and maybe repair their relationship given time. Which is obvious bullshit.

In terms of the timeline after that Aaron has been both fuzzy and at times contradictory about dates but there is about a 2 to 3 week window in between April's last appearance on STMS and the cancellation stream where Nick stared in the corner while announcing he couldn't do his show, which was at or around the point where Aaron stopped going to Nick's place. The situation at this point was probably very tense, but it sounds plausible that once Nick understood he wasn't getting Aaron's money he concocted a situation to get him away from Kayla for good.

Tried listening to some of it and tbh it was hard to sit through. I enjoy KinoCasino ripping into Nick and they are funny at it but they clearly know next to nothing about the Vic saga and how much Vic got screwed over. Or Vic in general. We’d all love for Vic to rip Nick a new one. We all make fun of his gay outfits. But they obviously are so ignorant about him it was physically painful to sit through. They both should probably do more research about the Vic stuff before preaching at Vic.
I couldn't disagree more. It was the best segment I've seen from them in a while.

They're charging her with under 0.25 grams (note the decimal point). Nick and Kayla is being charged with 26 grams and change. For their charge to be reduced to third degree, the weight of the coke would have to fall bow 25 grams.

Soooo... by my math, no? Not based upon the small amount they are charging her with ATM.

That said, I said when this began that a reduction to third degree might still be possible upon reweighing. Third degree possession is still pretty serious shit though.
If you read the excerpts again it says "possessed more that .25 grams of cocaine" and in the second image it says that the black vial had 2.2 grams of cocaine and that "The yellow snort tube and the black vial containing cocaine were found directly on top of the credit cards." It says further down in the document itself that the total was 26.67 grams with packaging so it would be 24.47 grams without the black vial.
No, they're charging April with over 0.25g. My view is that these charges are the result of the crime lab's completion of weighing the cocaine. Once they established that removing the weight of the packaging was sufficient to bring the amount found below 25g, it made sense to attribute some of the weight found directly to April rather than using it to bulk up the amount possessed by the Rekeitas.

The do not divide the amount by the number of defendants. What they charge Nick and Kayla with (remember they are SEPARATE charges for EACH of them--more than 25 grammes EACH) will NOT knock off what April is charged with if they can plausibly demonstrate they all had possession of it.

My read is that they gave her a lesser charge to motivate her to turn King's evidence on Nick and Kayla.

Did anyone pay attention to (I sure didn't caught by chance), TUG doing a livestream of Nicky?
A new shower saga has appeared!

I have not thought about him in an aeon. Has he been relevant since Depp?

Is this the infamous sex dungeon?

Regardless, it's interesting to me that he felt had to sell his old house to pay for renovations to his current one, when old-Nick could have probably raised the money through some halfway decent daytime trial-streaming as he did 2-3 years ago.

It's another indication he's not pulling in anywhere near the money he used to.

My read is that they gave her a lesser charge to motivate her to turn King's evidence on Nick and Kayla.
I agree.

He became somewhat interesting to some people a year or so ago because he's going through a divorce with his disgusting catfishing hambeast of a wife but, otherwise... not really. He's still doing the culture war grift, AFAIK. His thread was a casualty of the Weebwars subforum shutdown (90% of the threads there were spergatoried), and I haven't really seen anybody complain.

Amusingly enough, he included a picture of Depp in the thumbnails of one of his Rekieta videos. He knows how to clickbait.

Good to know that April's new charge didn't left him "annoyed or sad" enough. As he told us he has to be in the "right mood" to stream.
Didn't he say on his Bible study stream he planned to stream on Monday? That's two days he could have spent pure seething.
