During his time on tumblr Spaz got a lots of shit for reblogging and shilling Shadman, because back then he was disliked more for the fact he was a tryhard edgelord than for drawing loli shit.
In fact once when Corey got anon hate mail from somebody telling him to stop reblogging him, he responded to it by going out of his way to screenshot himself reblogging Shadman's post with a smarmy reply.
I mean, that's what I'm getting at. These NG types all liked to be edgy and Cory supported that and thought Shad was just trying to be edgy. I know he reblogged his shit a lot but in all of those images, the worst thing I see is Mandy which is basically a drawing of a child character's head on an adult body. As far as Cory's shit goes, it seems to me that he was just trying to make cursed images and thought Shad was just doing the same.
The in me wants to believe that at least in Zach and Chris's case they shared a living space with Shadman because
in 2014 both were them in the States to pitch Hellbenders to Adult Swim, and probably were just roomates with him while doing
their own thing (Chris doing OneyPlays and Zach doing his own podcast/work stuff).
I mean, all the SleepyCabin people were living together in Philly most likely because they'd be starving artists barely able to afford rent otherwise. Sleepycabin was started right after the Youtube algorithm changed to make short animations no longer viable so that not much money was coming in and they were all working on their own projects and getting actual careers started, they all liked each other and were friends but there was no doubt financial reasons for their living arrangement. Zach even said at one point that he didn't have the money to pay for an ER visit.
I came across a playlist full of Shad's stream archives on Youtube (playlist here), and on the first video at the 16:05 timestamp, he begins talking about how his father was uber religious and even physically abusive (timestamped video here - watch up till the 24 minute mark). He also mentioned a brother, which I believe haven't been mentioned in this thread (only that his father's name is Thaddeus and that his mother Karin might be dead). The way our dear Shad has been raised, it sounded like he was one prom away from becoming Carrie.
1. He was super religious himself, even way up till he was a teenager (prayed to god before dinner/sleep/when he had trouble, etc)
2. He and his brother made a juvenile "u sux god" joke while saying graces for dinner and got a dressing down by their father
3. His father banned a bunch of benign stuff, you know the deal (Harry Potter, Simpsons, Pokemon etc)
4. Shad forged his father's signature for his grades so his father wouldn't see he flunked, and got beaten brutally

One thing that is certain about Shadman is that he loved the controversy because it gave him attention, he loved being in the spotlight (this was true then and it's most likely true now).
I'm sure by now we are aware of the infamous artwork that he made of Keemstar's daughter but that is what made Shadman to be Shadman, he is a guy built on controversy and he knows this.
If tomorrow Shadman came back, the Youtube commentary channels would talk about him for months on end and Twitter would explode over this because he knows that he's still relevant and he can get rich by capitalizing on his own controversy.

Is there much value in a thread? Dude ghosted the internet hard, nobody knows where he went, there's no further milk to be had, and I'm not really aware of any lolcow behavior from them beyond just being a pedo artist. If he had a history of drama and shitposting and whatever then maybe, but so far as I've heard dude just drew what he drew and kept to himself enough that nobody managed to or wanted to dox him.
So looking into it JLullaby went away in 2019 and from what I've been reading it was a result of getting banned from Patreon.

The narrative is that after the patreon ban he "retired" supposedly going to college, it's possible that his only income stream was patreon, Shadman might have gotten him on his site with the promise of "exposure" without paying him a cent as is common in all art spaces.
And who knows how much money JLullaby was making trough patreon but it must've been enough for the fucker to think he could live out of it, when that got cut off he was forced to do something else, at last according to the narrative.
