The size difference in that might be an illusion is due to the ultra wide angle lens they used. There's only so much you can do when its that wide. Correcting for that can especially make things on the periphery appear larger than they really are. If you spend time perusing real estate listings, you'll see lots of that, where bathroom appear to have room sized showers or kitchens that seem to have countertops that go on forever. I think because Joe and Jill are on the edges of the frame and somewhat in front of the Carters exaggerates that more.

TBH I’d rather go to Gary than South Bend. It’s at least got some cool urban exploring opportunities, and may be a good locale for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. challenge.
South bend is just sad. A good mayor could easily transform that city. You have a world class university next door, and a fair amount of towny students who could help revitalize the city’s economy by starting new businesses. And then you have the opportunities for urban development that would incentivize people to stay in town when they come to watch ND sports, or just visit campus. Rather than just staying on campus the whole time. A smart mayor would do their best to make South Bend a tourist destination, somewhere nice to stay while you see ND, and maybe the Great Lakes or other wilderness while you’re at it. But democrats do not make smart mayors.

Can someone redpill me on Kelly? I know generally who he is, AZ. governor and an astronaut at one point or something. But what is he like as a candidate/politician? The parties are essentially private clubs and they can do whatever they want. There are muh Democratic Norms established relatively recently but those can be played with. If the Republicans had selected a cuck through the primary system and it got overridden for Trump at the convention, you can be rest assured that the media would be chimping out.

So is Kamala's selection illegal? No. Immoral? Maybe if you believe in the myth of democracy. Hypocritical? Absolutely.

The modern Democrat party is a collection of small special-interest groups who not only have nothing in common with one another but whose idntities actively contradict each other. LGTQWERTY vs. Islam, etc. That's why they keep them together through fear of The Next Hitler.
