Wasn't that the New York case, specifically with regards to Judge Merchan's gag order? Because Jack Smith wasn't involved in that one, it was all Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

Sounds right. I could have been wrong. It was adjacent to Trump.

Sean dies a little inside each time he has to explain to new faces what the Balldo is.

Or he could just... not bring it up...

Sean is a defense attorney. He's probably dealt with people who have definitively done horrible shit, which is probably why he's able to tolerate someone like Ralph and Dick. He definitely should cut them out though, because there's zero upsides to talking to them, and I don't know why he does it in spite of all of the evidence that being around them is fucking horrible unless he's just starving for content...which is weird, because he's fat, and doesn't look like he's ever starved.

He is not getting paid to associate. There is no incentive to do so.

Sean is the only "LawTube" YouTuber I will ever put on. The others I either don't care about, or have destroyed their reputation in my eyes with their comments regarding Rekieta's crimes. I was obsessed with the Michelle Troconis case that Sean streamed, so that's when I really started getting into his streams.
I think Nate is okay, and isn’t 100% anti-prosecutor having been one in the past, which is a nice change of pace from all the other criminal defense attorneys

Cucked by autocorrect. Highly embarrassing. I will never live this down.

I live with it on nearly every post, and it never gets easier. There’s a reason why I had to put a permanent disclaimer.

Or he could just... not bring it up...
You're right. He could just not bring it up.

He could also not seek out opportunities to go on the Killstream.

Sean, if you're reading this, just be careful of these influences you seem content associating with, as it's never ended well for the others that tried, and do your thing. Even if it means doing those fucking Karen Read streams that I don't watch for the rest of your life, at least you'll be happy. Unlike Nick.

You know, I've never seen a single frame of Nate, just never been on my radar. I will give him a chance.

He's got a pretty good video up on YouTube rn about a Texas politician who pulled a Jussie Smollett, used fake accounts to harass himself, and has been arrested for it.

I've mostly turned away from lawtube lately because it's become such a cluster fuck, but Nate is all right. I doubt I'll become a regular viewer though.

Found the timestamp (8m12s) where Meme Copium claims to have insider info that Nick blew off a balldowasher stream commitment to get more gaudy tats.

Edit: The Twin City Tattoo Festival was July 12-14th, 2024.

Legal Vices streamed Alec Baldwin on the 12 & 13th, but not the 14th. I don't see a specific stream that Nick would've been invited to.

Vices also had a Baldwin panel on the 15th but that seems too late.

Edit2: Good Lawgic streamed the 12th & 14th, but I see no mention of Nick in the description.
I'm curious who it was, too. I wonder if it was Aussie Overlawd. That's somebody Meme Copium would be in contact with and except for obscure streamers like Meffistoe's Movie Reviews, he's one of the few left who I can picture thinking of Nick as being able to "help them out." On July 14, he had an" after-party" stream. The main feature of that is watching lingerie football and I think Aussie Overlawd has been trying to get Nick on one of those for a long time.

OT, but qualified voting needs to come back.

If you're not in either of these three groups:

1. A property owner
2. Run a registered business
3. Religiously pay your taxes

You don't get to vote, you don't have a stake in the outcome of the country you're residing at and your opinion on how it should be run does not matter.

Won't happen as that would make all the bums, illegals, retards and fuckups mostly not eligible to vote but one can dream.
why did you post this in the nicholas rekieta thread

I checked it out and the content and editing was pretty good but the hooting and hollering black man energy he brings is super irritating. The search for a lawtuber I like continues.

You can tell the nights Rekieta streams since they overlap with the days SocialBlade says he loses 1,000 subscribers. :story:

Specifically, the stream from last night and then last week.

"Oh yeah, I forgot I'm still subscribed to the junkie. Here lets just take care of that right now."

Was Aaron open about it though? I thought he wasn't until afterward.
I guess that would fit right in Rekieta's rhetorical wheelhouse. He refutes it by making it infinitely worse.

"Aaron was openly fucking someone not his wife in my house. And that someone was my wife. I know it happened because Aaron thought it was funny and weird that I liked to watch him openly fuck my wife. But what I thought was funny and weird is that Aaron would only openly fuck my wife in front of me, the children, and his wife but not in front of the Scandinavian prudes. So I have never really met anyone openly having sex with another woman. Jesus was notably silent on Aaron fucking Kayla in my house in front of me so I guess we'll never know whether it was right or wrong." - Gospel of Rekieta Probably

So, fun fact. We've actually surpassed the combined total both Moviebob threads. There's two because only the first one was so big.

5002 + 661 = 5663 pages.
This thread: 5745 pages.

Surpassing Moviebob is no mean feat. He truly is the omnicow now.

Was Aaron open about it though? I thought he wasn't until afterward.
The distinction, I think, is that Aaron didn't try to keep it a secret long after it was futile and absurd to do so.

Meanwhile Nick still wants people to believe he's monogamous and Christian, even now. Because he knows that he was his most successful when people believed that and he's hoping to get it back. It's insane. He's insane. He's not getting it back. He fucked up.

There's plenty of reasons to dislike Aaron, but one difference between the two is that when you listen to Aaron you don't feel as if your intelligence is being insulted nearly as much.

For what it's worth he's a bit wary of Sean these days for not being in Nick's corner enough.
Good. Maybe they will take the hint and fuck off.

I have seen him super chat Sean recently, but shortly after Nick was arrested, he seemed annoyed and said that Sean "was saying some stuff."
That stuff is called the truth.

Yeah, this is the classic Ralphamale maneuver. Is BTM a Ralph fan?

"He made uuuuuu!"

Under that mentality, if Nick did one thing beneficial to you, no matter how big or small, you owe him your undying loyalty forever and ever, regardless of anything that happens subsequent.

People like that are insufferable. They are low I.Q. sheeple. It hasn't worked for Ralph, and it ought not work for Nick.

Also, how the fuck are Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin bad, but Minnesota is so great? Am I missing something?

No, I'm pretty sure he isn't, he is just that far up Nick's ass.

He and the people he brings on his show really are blind and clueless about Nick even though they've watched him enough that they shouldn't be. They completely operate from an apparently undeterrable standpoint that Nick is very honest and straightforward. I don't really get how in a very short time they can turn on anyone around Nick who doesn't completely balldoguard, but at the same time nothing can shake their faith in Nick.
I just think he sounds so funny, especially at 2X speed, getting so worked up and getting so unhinged.
There was another time on his show that somebody on the panel, a usually mild-mannered guy, was basically frothing at the mouth calling Sean a piece of shit for hating Nick. It was bizarre.
If Nick want's to be a cult leader I guess he can be one.
Also, how the fuck are Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin bad, but Minnesota is so great? Am I missing something?
I think he was just using the shreds of information he knew about them against them and it was essentially meaningless. He was still hollerin'.

Yeah, I agree he should stop this bullshit.

Sean himself has used the argument concerning defending reprobates as a lawyer. I find it very unconvincing, disappointing, and slimy. As a defense attorney, he represents vile people as it is his profession. He can make a claim to higher principles too: everyone deserves justice, even the worst of us, and it is a check on the powers of the government. Fine.

Precisely fucking NONE of these reasons apply to deliberately, knowingly, publicly choosing to appear on a live stream with a piece of shit like Ralph. You're choosing to spend time with and extend the awareness of a vile person. You know it's wrong and you're doing it for your own selfish reasons, then trying to slime your way out of it when its brought up in a superchat. Don't give us this bullshit, Sean.

There are a lot of people who can get along with addicts and abusers. That addiction and abuse sometimes only affects a narrow subset of people in their life. The cope for this is 'they were nice to me', but that rings hollow when they know what they do to others. I am not saying you have to morally judge everything someone else does, but there are some things that should make you dissociate.
