There is no charge of domestic violence. Only a one-year temporary restraining order. There has been no finding of fact, and IN FACT, there is no proof that any domestic violence took place. The recording made doesn't show any, although it isn't the best look. However, it would be inadmissible in court in the first place. It's against Mexican constitutional law and against most state laws as well. It also doesn't show any violence. It's a work for idiots like yourself. It was meant to smear Ralph in the public eye, and in that regard, it worked.
Any lawyers can weigh in if they like, but they know as well as I do that it's almost impossible to lose your parental rights, even with Ralph's record. That, and given the fact that the AUDIO recording is inadmissible (any shyster could get that thrown out), and she has kept Ralph out of the child's life by choice for over a year do not weigh in her favor; They actually weigh in Ralph's favor.
