I’m not legal expert. But it seems Stebby is so vexatious that it would potentially be viable to bait and entrap him in efforts to support such a class related case, it’s up in the air if it’s worth it though. This is not a threat to Stebbins. He is perfectly happy with protracted legal battles. He has 3 running at any given time. Null needs to figure out a way to get Stabby into court as a Defendant rather then a Plaintiff. Because the Plaintiff is the moving party. Letting Stebbins find another spurious reason to sue the forum and then wait for him to do it is a bad idea.

I heard that when one of the savages, who Bernhard Goetz put in a wheelchair, sued him in civil court a few years after the subway incident and won a multi million dollar settlement, Bernard still hasn't paid him a cent. The savage was able to get such a large settlement using his high powered, commie jew lawyer that took his case pro bono. Bernard Goetz has been living a self-imposed, pauper lifestyle because he refuses to pay that nigger a single penny. And Goetz is one of those genius, savant like autists who could be making good money if he chose to do so. I think he was some kind of engineer iirc. He's such a kook though, he's pefectly content to play with squirrels for the rest of his life. And that doesn't cost a thing.

My question is, if you live that type of life, or you already have nothing, how could they collect? You can't be put in prison for debt, but does that apply for a legal settlement, particularly when you don't have anything in the first place? They'd have to garnish your wages, maybe hire someone to harass you about it, but if you just tell them to fuck off and continue to live broke, what else can they do?
