"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

And also the fact that, places like KF to the side, the actual NEED for L7 is not as much as many are sold it.

Especially for static sites which is much of the web.
If you are using Akamai to protect websites targeted to other countries than the US, you have a need for L7 protection on Akamai. Their data quality outside of the US is shit. They marked entire networks of big European ISP's which are using CGNAT or dynamic IP's as unsafe and are blocking all traffic if you just use their IP reputation or other behavior based mitigation.

They marked at least two big eyeball networks in the Netherlands and all three of the mobile carriers who use CGNAT as unreliable with a terrible reputation score, at least one Dutch bank was blocking half of their customers when they just flipped on L2/L3 protection on Akamai. I don't know why, as no other "security" provider marks them as unreliable and they respond to abuse complaints in minutes.

Welcome to learning that a DDoS is when the CEO can’t see his picture on the site, and it is mitigated when you null route every single IP in the world except his.

Congratulations you can be a high paid IT admin at basically any non-Internet company ever now.

I'm disgusted, yet unsurprised, that no matter how bad the food gets or how high the prices go, most people still refuse to cook even the easiest shit, such as pizza. No-knead dough in the fridge for three days is better than any of the major pizza chains were at their peaks, and it's somewhere in the ballpark of 50 cents for the entire dough ball.
Look I’m not making an entire pizza every time I want a slice or two for lunch. It’s hot and they don’t taste that well after freezing anyway. I just think it’s perfectly reasonable to expect to have a decent place for pizza to get on occasional slice.

FTFY

The craziest part about the vtuber Shondo is that she's not faking her voice. She apparently has some hormonal issue that left her underdeveloped and permanently sounding like a little kid. Also, she's Br*tish.
I would have thought the crazier part would be how hard she leaned into the vtuber/loli shit when she realized how much money that brought in. Edit: specially since she’s got a decent vocal range.

If every zygote, unimplanted embryo, or unborn fetus is a "baby," so is every skeeted sperm. Gooners get the rope.
You’re displaying a profound ignorance on the entire pro-life movement, how it defines “human,” and the other a priori assumptions it relies on.
If you want to disagree with those assumptions, that’s fine, it’s your right. But it’s intellectually dishonest to not only comment, but condemn and critique them without even understanding what they believe and why. You’re essentially just yelling into the void to feel better.

For one, the distinction between a sperm/egg and a fertilized egg is that genetically speaking, one is a human, the other isn’t. Absent any outside factors, a fertilized egg becomes human. A sperm, absent any outside factors, doesn’t.
For two, most pro-lifers WILL oppose pornography and masturbation. They do so on different grounds than opposition to abortion, but you still see a massive overlap.

Again, if people want to disagree with pro-life beliefs, fine. But to criticize the actual belief system without understanding it is simply an exercise in futility only serving to shit up the thread.

Edit: the above is all focused around the Christian cohort of the pro life movement. There’s a smaller cohort based around natural law theory, but it’s not really representative of what the typical pro-life advocate will believe

Wasn't it due to the sheer improbability of having 6 sons in a row?
The only error Josh might have made is that he might not considered those twins to be identical.
Twins aside, you have M/2M/3M/2M/G combination, which even by the classical definition of probability seems highly unlikely - even more so if they are not born from the same egg.
Ah, well I was just hoping there was more to the story than circumstantial evidence. Like maybe Elon talked about his breeding fetish.

When you do IVF you can chose the embryo which you want to transfer into the uterus, which gives you the option to select the sex.

Btw the unused embryos are either kept frozen indefinitely, donated or destroyed. In case any pro-lifers think Elon is a based conservachad.

I'm surprised you played the instrumental to Bank Account by 21 Savage for the intro.

The reason shadman's art jumps out is because he adds a slight chromatic aberration to the linework. Fun fact, you can see this yourself irl if you wear glasses and look out the very edge of them at a window.

Also, Hitler saying nigga is somehow alive and well on Youtube, but here's a backup just in case.

And I always appreciate a good "women are politically homeless" rant. As the saying goes, Democrats consider women public property, Republicans consider women private property.

As for the whole fixing society thing, cheaper quality food and quality housing is probably a step in the right direction.

And we can combine this by reintroducing government cheese.

You uh… you’d live in the cheese.

Boomers
The government made enough cheese caves to house half the american population in so were good on that.

as for the boomer thing i'd say your pretty nuts going after them since they run the banks, media, corporations and even got josh perma banned for speaking out against them. I'm there for the day of the pillow though.

I got a pretty simple one, focus on cultivating and making changes you consider positive in your own neighborhood. That's all anyone realistically can do and it's pretty boring. Enriching
FTFY, there is no outlook more enriching in the short medium and long term as taking ownership of your immediate surroundings and building up those around you, and repelling those who seek to only take. You will see those around you succeed in ways you didn't even think possible and be filled with a warmth and drive to grow yourself likewise to help others even more.

Total friend life MEANS TOTAL FRIEND LIFE. Phone a friend who you know is having a rough time and listen. Bring your work teammates breakfast. Check on a few neighbors who are older and alone. Finish and deliver knits to the local hospital for NICU/OB & oncology patients. Send a hand-knit hat to someone. Be a light and encourage others. Gift an “interview outfit” to a former student and young professional currently applying for jobs. Always have hand warmers with you to give out on frosty days & nights. Offer to pay for other kids’ field trip fees for your oldest daughter’s classroom. Pick up garbage in my neighborhood on your next walk. Fill out a positive review to help a small business. Share vegetables from your garden. Bake muffins for your local hospital. Mow a neighbors lawn. Paint rocks and write happy thoughts on them and leave them around a park. Take washed & neatly folded extra blankets to your local women/family shelter. Hold the door for someone. Take treats/snacks to the counselors at a wellness center. Take some positive message stones that you painted and drop them along the way on your walk. Check in with your elderly neighbors. Send a care package to a young cancer patient. Drop off some home baked treats at the house of a neighbor you don’t really know. Take birthday donuts to your nail salon. Thank your co-workers for working so hard, especially during this past year of unexpected and difficult challenges. Prepare and deliver hygiene kits for homeless. Purchase a small bouquet of flowers for a random person. Deliver healthy oatmeal cookies to a friend in need. Volunteer to babysit for mom’s day out. Donate coats to the women shelter. Get the dishes done at your parent’s house. Drop off cards and art supplies to a nursing home. Donate coats to the women’s shelter. Pay for the person behind you at Starbucks. Offer kind conversations to those who are alone. Make cards with your children and give them to your mailman, garbage men, and our other local community members that don’t always get recognized or appreciated. Say I love you to your dad. Bring in your neighbor’s garbage can. Donate clothes. Have a lasagna sent to your friend who just lost her husband to COVID. Bake and share. Help your neighbor with their groceries!! Offer to drive anyone who needs a ride to a covid vaccine appointment. Offer to pay for someone’s coffee. Bring a care package to your neighbor leaving for college this week! Make a fleece throw for a friend who is sick. Care for your wife as she reacts severely to the COVID vaccine. Get your teaching partner some coffee this morning! Wish everyone you come in contact with a ‘Happy Wednesday”. Fold laundry your mom doesn’t have to. Make your children breakfast and smother them with kisses and hugs. Text someone positive affirmations. Shovel neighbor’s walk. Surprise a friend who is down with balloons today.
TOTAL FRIEND LIFE.

Exactly, the only reason they are against abortion is because they see unwanted pregnancy and single motherhood as the just punishment for women who dared have sex with someone who wasn't them.
That and because they want to feel like they're more important than women by taking dominance in every aspect of their life, even if they arguably don't have the capacity to do. They don't really see women as an equivalent to any real degree. They would never express view in the real world though and especially not to any woman, because they know if they did most women would want nothing to do with them. Not only are they morally reprehensible but they're also sheepish cowards.

The whole concept of abortion, especially if the pregnancy clearly failed or is endangering the woman’s life in some way, is not a really nuanced concept at all- or at least it shouldn't be. It's not just some neoliberal push over just having autonomy to safely terminate.

Then I guess that raises the question of, if he's pathologically obsessed with only having male heirs, why he would choose to have a daughter too? I'm pretty sure Exa Dark is also IVF.

As a side-note, I'd like to highlight the based transmisia of both Bing and Google. This is why it took me so long to raise this question. I had originally assumed that the result of "Elon only has one daughter" was referencing to his tranny. Both Google and Bing know the people into celebrity gossip don't want any troons showing up in their search results.

I'm so whitepilled for the future.

You have elected yourself to know my mind "yelling into the void to feel better." Physician heal thyself.
I don't care what some no true Scotsman position is, because I have had lengthy talks with a man who coerced his ex-wife into getting an abortion [when she herself was all for having his child], then went on to say now that he would deny all abortions, even in cases of rape and incest. This man is the #1 donor of a popular NRX/C'ville adjacent e-celeb, who routinely represents himself as TradCath and antiabortion.

This e-celeb referred to women who had had the procedure as "whores" who would "kill babies." Got that?
So I incorporated that post with something another poster wrote, and followed up with the Good News.

Possibly none of the male embryos took and they only had female ones left. Ethan Klein and Hila really wanted a girl but none of the female embroys led to successful pregnancies.
