Separation of powers is still a thing, no matter how much the Federalists want to ignore it. I'm hoping Roberts doesn't decide to cuck (and manually implement the things Biden's demanding) so the people at his DC area country club don't disapprove of him over this, however.

Any "dramatic reforming" would require a constitutional amendment. And I'm sure all the red states that would inevitably and deliberately get fucked over by the "dramatic reforming" of the Supreme Court the Democrats have in mind would be totally onboard with passing such amendments.

This is just lame duck red meat being tossed out to the bughive people who are mad that there is one branch of government that's not letting them completely run roughshod over everyone else.

that report from the article also says that covid was the greatest concern in the polled people and the biggest loss was young voters and 65+ voters. zoomer and boomers were completely freaked out about covid and definitely were a group that voted for Biden as the “go back to normal” candidate

not only is covid a thing anymore, the Biden-Harris administration didn’t make runs go back to normal. it made things worse in every measurable way. i don’t think Trump is going to have the same dip this time

A lot of women I know don't care about the abortion issue anymore. You guys have to realize that abortion had been whittled down to nothing in many states already, so most people didn't have access to one anyway. It was a "right in name only." Oh, you could travel across the state or go to another state to get one, sure. You can still do that now. Nothing has changed for many women out here.

Do you know what they worry about, though? Not being able to afford to live. Not being able to make it to the hospital because some Pro-Palestine rioters have blocked the highway, and a loved one dies on the way there. Or not being able to buy a house, start a family, or afford retirement, or find a decent job that isn't some gig shit. BUT NO, ABORTION! REEE!

A good point I heard is that if they could fortify the way we think, they wouldn't have had to try and take out Trump two weeks ago. This is the uniparty freaking out that they can't do it with these margins and need other options.

I think the last election absolutely proves they can basically fortify infinitely. I think their strategy can be boiled down to the "fire everything" approach.

For Trump to make sure there is no steal, some suggestions

• Make sure the workers and poll workers are as close as possible
• Make sure they aren't small, push for ones who won't take being pushed around
• Push for Red Counties to count last. They won't submit their results until Blue Counties submit first
• Ballot harvesting
• Make sure every Trump supporter actually votes, no excuse, utilize early voting

It might not be enough, but it will help.
