The point of O9A, at least in their belief system, is to hasten the End of the World ™ and bring about the Imperium. The only way to do this is to bring debauchery and degeneracy in full to everyone and force it to destabilize society until at some eventual point in the future Drill Sergeant Grey leads the Noctulians to bestow upon his Top Guys the Nazi Star Trek Federation.

They’re only Neo-Nazis in the sense that National Socialism has a very edgy aesthetic and it shocks/causes revulsion in Western people. This is what losing a World War does to an ideology I suppose.

What's most important to remember is that the o9a isn't a group, rather a set instructions for setting up your own group, for which you can make up your own rules. The o9a doesn't exist

A lot of the 'core o9a' texts are purposely japeful, eg instructing new initiates to lay down innawoods for the whole night, without moving to piss or anything (step 1) incrementally leading up to withdrawing from society proper, live in a cave, and eat nothing but bread and cheese for 6-9 months. (step something) It's a joke. They're interested in people who can read between the lines, and truly subvert as a small, private group. not wignats who can't do anything but court public attention.

Nothing interesting, really. The guy was trying to start a sort of GG Allin type of punk/shock band. He was into prison gangs and their whole drug culture.
