Mosuo, China
The Mosuo women are China's last surviving matriarchy. There are about 40,000 of them, according to The Independent, and they practice Tibetan Buddhism. Lineage is traced through the women of the family. This society is also matrilineal, meaning property is handed down the same female line. Mosuo women also don't marry. Should they choose to have a partner, the two don't live together and the mother plays the primary role in raising the children.

As I said, humans are a domesticated animal. Nothing is natural anymore. Humans are a natural matriarchy, thats obvious, this is why men need to cage women up to even know who their offspring is. It's my belief that patriarchy and our ultimate destruction by it is somewhat inevitable. Our intelligence, our ability to control the world and mold it to our liking, and men's motivation to do so, to their own evolutionary end and to the detriment of anything and everything else, will be our undoing.
We're sexually dimorphic, we're very social, and we're brilliantly intelligent. Both sexes' goal is to pass along their genes, but as I mentioned, this is all but guaranteed to happen for women, but not for men; a very anxiety-producing and motivating state for men. Men are driven to fight, to dominate, to conquer. Once they no longer have to hunt for food, once they no longer have to work hard every day to build for their tribe in order to be allowed to be a part of it, they can make little clubs like christianity or islam, or the manosphere, to make it easy for themselves to meet this evolutionary goal of breeding through ideology. Is it supposed to be easy to reproduce? Not for men. This isn't natural, it doesn't match the conditions that made humans into what we are. It's assured degeneracy.
It's happened independently in almost all societies. You could counter with, it's also what's allowed the glories of modern nuclear weapons, and medicine, and advancements in AI and computers and video games. It makes life comfortable for those who aren't slaves, like I said. But how often do you consider that these glories are built on the bones of slaves and by the bodies of enslaved women? Is it really glorious? Just look at what we're doing to the planet, and I don't just mean global warming if you don't believe in that; just look at all the destruction of natural habitats of animals. We're an infestation. What does "artificial" even mean? "Human-made". Our entire world is becoming artificial. Our genes can't survive forever in such an environment, we evolved in a natural world.
So I'm not arguing for an ideal honestly, it's men's nature to ultimately lead us to destruction. There are four billion men and counting, more than ever before. Men aren't aligned with humanity's goals as a species, only their own, so of course women will fight it, but our opportunity has passed long ago. Men are physically stronger and have insanely strong ideologies supporting their power which too many women have bought into. Men have weapons of mass destruction and aren't concerned with bringing our excesses under control to save the future. Patriarchy has won. Enjoy it while you can 😊

Men are more capable of achieving a common goal, whereas women are more likely to in-fight. The former promotes being a leader while the latter hinders it. Leadership and education were almost entirely male driven for millenia, and the unchecked reversal of both those concepts to be dominated by women, not because they’re effective leaders or educators but because they are simply women, has been a demonstrable disaster for both concepts.
