I already called him a cucky faggot more than once in my posting history, and it's possible he suspects I am the alt account of a banned user named RedStorm (I'm not) so I don't want to risk that.

No, the nuclear option was exercised during the Trump administration to reduce votes needed to approve a supreme court nominee to a simple majority. Obama's use of the nuclear option was for all court appointments but the supreme court. (So they could block it)
