Read Hillbilly Elegy over Shabbat and I can see why JD Vance makes wignats seethe, pointing out how poor whites act like wiggers and that the cycle of poverty in rural America is exactly like how inner city blacks act with the only significant difference being race must cause so much anger. It delivers hard truths that people aren't really ready to hear.
Cletus Peckerwood III and Jabronicus Washington have a lot more in common than either would ever be willing to admit.

Dems have the worst slogans and stuff. Arrows to the right going 'forward' with Hillary. Build Back Better turned into a total joke. And now 'never go back'? That's so weak compared to Trump's.
They struck gold with "Hope and Change" and have been trying to replicate it ever since (also doesnt help that it turned out to be a giant lie).
But "Never go back" is quite possibly the worst slogan you can have during turbulent times. Back to what? Back to relative global peace? Back to a strong economy? Back to when Americans were somewhat chill with each other? It's a weird vague command that doesn't carry any promises of something better.

Thomas Sowell has been saying this for years.

It's also very easy to subvert for the Trump campaign. It's so easy to say "we will never go back to reduced inflation, crime, and illegal boarder crossings wile Kamala's in charge"

Fellow f*moids, I'm feeling a bit doom and gloom over the fact that the women that represent us are either evil as fuck or grossly incompetent or both. Hillary is literally evil, Kamala is evil and incompetent, the USSS women are incompetent, and they are seen as the face of the female sex and their failures are somehow seen as my failures and the failures of all women. I probably just need to touch some grass and talk to non internet people.
You really do. Make some IRL female friends, if that's not possible find some pilled internet female friends that you can chat with sometimes and restore your sanity. Media representations do matter, and if all you see are these types of women, it does leave you a bit down bad and fucks with your head. Consider volunteering, it helps.

Also, if possible, work on some self-development. Many women are really external, and we get into groupthink; that's why literal holes like Kamala gain power in the first place. If you can find ways to feel accomplished and engaged with the world and others around you, this shit won't fuck with your mindspace as much. A lot of it is theater for stupid people and our ability to affect the outcome is rather limited. But we can do things for ourselves, and for people around us!
There's nothing stopping anyone from talking to the delegates and convince them of an open convention.
State party bosses decide, basically. If the state party boss of Tennessee decides that all those delegates will vote for Kamala in a virtual convention before the actual convention, and most of the other states do the same and she gets the majority, then no convention needs to be held! It's all backroom horsetrading, and now that I've learned they've rigged it all so write-in candidates are thrown away in all save a few states, you have to vote for whoever they tell you to or not at all. Sad.

i dont see anything that says these activists arent reaching out the delegates tho. i dont think they're bound by party rules. never know unless they try at least. (ignore the superdelegates)

But that's how the Democrats roll

All you have to do is look at WingsofRedemption (this IS Kiwi Farms, after all) to see this. The second he gets a little money in his pocket, he buys or finances yet another fucking car or truck that he's too fat to drive because that's the superficial symbol of wigger affluence in a North Carolina trailer park.

Anybody who thinks that's different than a nigger on welfare buying rims or Yeezies is kidding themselves.

His transformation from when he wrote the book to what is he today is very fascinating. It's a wild how he went from that to branding himself as some sort of populist champion.

Here is a Vance campaign ad from 2022:

>Implicit in the move to binding primaries (which happened in both parties) was the assumption that delegates would not be free agents—they would vote according to the results of the primary in their district or in their state. In other words, they would be “bound” to their candidate. In the modern era, this assumption has only come under serious attack twice—once in the in Democratic Party and once in the Republican Party.

>“Delegates elected to the national convention pledged to a presidential candidate shall in all good conscience reflect the sentiments of those who elected them.” [Italics are mine.]

>There is no definition, nor is there any history about what constitutes “in all good conscience.” Few, if any, delegates to recent conventions have ever sought to test it. But if worries about President Biden’s ability to run and to serve continue to grow, along with fears of handing the presidency over to Donald Trump, some delegates may find themselves tempted to vote for someone else. It would not be surprising if this rule and the decades-long debate over the role of the delegate becomes relevant again.

So they're bound, but Joe Biden's delegates were "unbound." He's also "pledged support," which means they may have been "bounded" to Kamala, which is gross. I'd guess the party bosses would threaten them with no future in the party if they try anything because they're all a bunch of grasping/climbing bitches like that.
